This is a great motel in Gonzales, especially compared to the neighboring property. Clean rooms and nice folks. Be sure and eat at the Cattle Auction down the street, WOW, what a Chicken Fried Steak! more
This is definately not a tourist attraction town. There are only a couple of motels to stay at and from what the locals told us we picked the one that was the best.
Motel owners were very helpful and nice.
The only motel on our trip that had an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and it worked.
60+ channels on the TV.
Ethernet high speed internet access!
The room was very clean and quiet. It had a coffee maker, wow!
