This is a old historic hotel that is still grand. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable! This isn't your typical hotel room. There are no phones or tv's.....which make for a very relaxing stay! There is a huge tv in the guest living room, which we did take advantage of to watch the news. The owners are... more

Everything about the hotel says welcome from the scented candle on the mantle of the lovely rock fireplace in the large lobby to the large back room with a coffee pot, large screen tv and tables and games. The rooms are pretty and more like a bed and... more

I stayed three days at this very comfortable historic hotel and enjoyed the clean, private, rooms at a reasonable rate. The decor is antique and truly charming. They provided continental breakfast the weekend I was there. The owners were cordial and helpful. The town is a delight in small town America. more
