We had transferred here from an EconoLodge that dirty, noisy and unkempt...then we got here.....the room was dirty, the grounds were unkempt, the place was loud, as this were the guests that were drunk. Infact one guy kept turning on his car motor and accelerating the exhaust. I couldn't wait to get out of there....there was also a leak from... More

This hotel needs renovated to meet competition. Clean and good breakfast but is showing its age. Several basic items were not in the room when we arrived, such as hand towels and hand bars of soap. The AC/heat has been upgraded and worked very well for the room. Furniture showing wear and tear.

Room on the south side heated up during the afternoon and the AC could not cool it off until early morning. Night manager offered to move us but we didn't want to move all our stuff. Breakfast is typical for free.

Room was dirty, no light bulbs in the lights, we were in the 3rd floor and the elevators didn't work so had to carry luggage up and down again when we checked out . Hair in the bathtub. Told the desk clerk I wanted to file a complaint and he walked off and left me standing there. 1at and last... More

Could use a little updating and bathroom needs a good scrub but it was okay. Breakfast was pretty good. I would like to see more eggs with breakfast meat at more hotels. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and check-in and check-out were quick.

We stay at this hotel every time we travel to Georgetown. The management and staff are top notch and the cleaning and maintenance crews are diligent. The building itself is getting pretty tired-looking though. The tubs/toilets/flooring/sinks/counters, while clean, are pretty worn out.

If you are looking for an inexpensive but clean and friendly place to stay, (No Frills). Then this is a great place to stay. Don't pay over $100 a night for it. The beds are small and the rooms are small and you can tell they are from an older motel design.

My daughter and I stayed here when we came to visit Southwestern. Very mediocre. Not the nicest La Quinta but acceptable for a late night arrival and leaving first thing in the morning. Room was clean, quiet comfortable beds. No complaints but nothing special. Inexpensive.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located. There's even a really good authentic Greek restaurant with a drive-thru on the corner just a short way from the hotel.
