I do really enjoy this hotel, but unfortunately there is NO disabled persons parking in the front of the hotel. While the services in itself are very good, they lack in accessablity in the very front for a person with a disablity to park thier vehicle. Very Nice Property Monday through Thursday - The week-ends beware the pool becomes incredibly packed and crowed that I felt safety was an issue. I discovered after returning home that the San Luis sales pool memberships to Galvestion residents. This is the 2nd year in a row where the H20 Pool Bar over charged my credit card for drinks. Neither the bar manager or hotle would even return my calls or would say they would investigate and call back but never did. There really should be an agency to investigate these practices. more
