My Husband and I stayed 3 nights here in October 2007. The only complaint we had was the bed was quite hard. The room was clean and everything worked. Okay. The hotel is old and in serious need of renovation. The elevators should be condemned and security could be better. The rooms, carpets, and furniture are of Motel 6/Super 8 quality. This was the worst hotel experience EVER! The outdated room smelled musty and moldy. There was even mold and dust piled on the vents in the bedroom and bathroom . The carpet was dirty and we even had 2 guest roaches crawl in for the night. Cleanliness is the most important asset to a hotel and the Flagship failed miserably.... more
