There is a parking garage under the hotel that has elevators that go up the the floor your room is on. The garage is somewhat isolated and didn't seem very safe. The entry to the elevators had hotel keyed doors but they were disabled and the doors would not close all the way , so anyone would be able to... more

The hotel is divided into individual rooms like a motel. Entrance to rooms on outside corridors. The room was big and had ensuite,WiFi, 2 large double beds, microwave, fridge & coffee maker. There is still work going on by builders possibly due to Hurricane Ike (Sept 08) but otherwise it was fine for a 2 night stop. The swimming pool... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night for our anniversary. We live in Houston and really just wanted a quick getaway. That's exactly what we got. The hotel did what it was supposed to do. There were beds to sleep in. There was a restroom. There was a mini-fridge for leftovers. There was also a microwave to heat... more

This place was horrible. The girls (def not ladies) behind the desk were the rudest people i have ever come in contact with. It was a nasty dirty place and the people there weren't much cleaner. We arrived on Friday evening and i should have known when i walked in to check in and had to wait 30 minutes while... more

My stay was less than okay. The stay did not off with out a hitch. I am dissapointed because the hotel is relatively new. Several iissues ocurred while I stayed at the hotel: * I woke up ready to take a shower and the shower knob was broken. It simply needed to be replaced. I had to rotate the knob... more

The room was clean, but the professionalism of the staff was greatly lacking!! We booked to stay 4 nights and checked out early because when we woke up after the 3rd night the electricity was off and had been. The room became a hot box and then there was no hot water!! We left for the day only to return... more

We chose to stay here last weekend because we wanted to bring our dog and to be near the west end of the island. There was one harassed desk clerk trying to handle the telephones and the guests checking in all by herself, but she did her best and was very pleasant to me. The room was comfortable and clean,... more
