“Lack of customer service, management and service staff--integrity issues”

I just returned from afghanistan and the wife, my kids and mother-in-law arrived around 1800 hours and this was suppose to be a start of our cruise vacation, instead it turned out to be a frustrating nightmare.  When we arrived in our first set of rooms; the kids room had urine all over the toilet, smelled like vomit, pubic hairs... “Good for our family”

Our family of 7 stayed in two very nice rooms across from one another for one night, December 26th. Good location, good breakfast and staff helpful. Our only disappointment was the pool was not heated and the hot tub was only warm with hot water coming through the jets for a short time about every 15 minutes.

Great job, nice breakfast, & fantastic shuttle service to the Carnival cruise port. Complimentary breakfast was delicious!

We stayed three nights from Friday through Sunday, December 2011 to attend Dickens on the Strand. The good: good location, near the beach. Easy to find, more or less center of restaurant row. “Great Value and wonderful staff”

We have stayed at this hotel twice in the past year and have enjoyed them both times! The staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfest buffet is very good and the views from the blacony is better than we could ever expect.

I was very impressed with the service from the front desk. Room was very clean. Room view was nice and the breakfast was amazing and service impressive. The desk night person mr Dipen was very friendly.  I would recommend this stay to anyone going to Galveston.  . For the most part we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I was very impressed with the service from the front desk and promptness performed, the room was very clean loved smell of newness and the bed sleep very well. view was nice and the breakfast was amazing and service impressive. Very good hotel! My wife, and I spent two days and nights and were very happy with the room, and the rate. The service was out standing. God willing, we will stay with them again on our next trip.

We booked a room here for our family beach weekend and found the hotel a mixed bag of positives and negatives. Positives: -Location is 1 block to the beach, yet away from the main strand with noise and crowds (Vendors on beach rented umbrellas & chairs, so no need to haul your own) -1 bedroom suite allowed kids to sleep...
