Upon arrival, we were given keys to a room that was musty, dirty and plain ranky in smell and appearance. The walls were dirty and in need of cleaning and a new coat of paint. Plaster and caulking repairs were so unprofessional and dirty. There were cracks in the walls and pock marks on the ceiling. It is obvious that... more

We stayed here fathers day weekend in june 2008. we were greatly disappointed. the hallways were always hot and had a horrific odor. smell was either from mildew or not cleaning thoroughly. the pool was verry small and always crowded but it was clean. the breakfast was edible but nothing special. cleaning staff was ok. the hotel was not worth... more

Called the hotel booked a room for my husband and I. Standard smoking. My Two daughters booked two suites for their families.gulf view $139.00 . Ours $80.99 plus taxes and fees. But after reading the reviews, I got scared my whole family would be staying in a dump. So I checked prices elsewhere and they were high. Then I read... more

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice before with no problems. The hotels is badly in need of a facelift but we loved the location. So here is what happened. On 3/7/08 I booked this hotel for our 4th of July weekend. Gave them a valid credit card to hold the room and always either pay cash... more

Booked this place through ramada.com and apparently they dont like matching there rooms up with what is online with what you actually get. We paid 230 a night for the weekend and never even unpacked. This place was such a hell hole i wouldnt even bring my lab into it. There were actual ceiling tiles missing and mold on the... more

The rooms were not cleaned well. They appeared to be just spot cleaned. The elevators were frighteningly old and creeked with age. The key cards lost their ability to open the door regularly and NOT because they were next to any magnetic strips. I had them in my towel and they lost the ability to open my door. I had... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel the weekend of our cruise. Everything that I had read about the Ramada Limited was not good at all. But the price was right so, us and a group of people decided that we would stay there. It was pretty nice. We would stay there again. more

First of all the web site said the hotel had been recently renovated and the appearance did not suggest that. Outside doors were unlocked and the mechanisms were in operable and that was a security risk. Also said the rooms have a great view. We were looking at a brick wall and not the ocean. Also the bedding and the... more

This hotel stank. It was in poor shape (our door had to be slammed to latch and the deadbolt would not work). The customer service was so sub-par that I will NEVER stay in a Ramada hotel anywhere again. Their system for reserving a room charges your card twice for the same room. As of 11 days past my stay... more

We're very sorry that you had a problem at our hotel. As the new manager of the hotel, we are committed to providing all of our guests a fair value at a fair price.
