Traveled 3 weeks in a row for business. Week one, the housekeeping staff neglected to clean my room. Week two, they decided to clean the grease traps and the smell was worse than a rotten corpse. Week three, again the housekeeping skipped my room for the daily refresh. On a positive note. Starbucks, breakfast and the Precor gym.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel has everything you could want. I was particularly grateful for the business center where I could print off boarding tickets for the next day's flights. A good stay for business in the Frisco area. The suite seemed larger than most Embassy Suites. Bed was comfortable and overall the room was pretty quite. Staff was friendly, room service steak was delicious, free drinks every night from 5:30-7:30p was an unheard of treat. The gym is good, and shuttle service is convenient. The only "Complaint" is about the un matching decor: swirls on carpet didn't match couch covers, which didn't match leopard pillow, etc. Nit a big deal; would stay here again.

This is a quality hotel with good service from the front desk to the restaurant. There is parking in the parking deck adjacent to the hotel. Just enter the deck and take a ticket.
