This hotel is below average which is quite a surprise for a W. The rooms are tiny and dark. There is no comfortable place to sit unless you are working at the desk. This place is great. It's super modern and funky, with bright colours and trendy prints everywhere you look. The bar area is great for relaxing and has a pool table, free internet and even board games to keep you amused. Fantastic hotel...ultra modern concept w/everything done as it should be. The rooms are great...comfy beds, cool layout, huge flat panel tv mounted to the wall, mini-fridge, super clean and well appointed. In a sea of budget hotels that all look alike, ALoft is trying to stand out from the crowd as a more affordable "W" hotel experience. Aloft Frisco is new and clean at the right price. The hotel is mainly self serve which for me was great. The bed was comfortable and the 42" flat screen was a plus. I was in town to shop at IKEA and this hotel was so close I could see the store. more
