Precious little one room garage converted cottage just about 1/2 block off Main. So very clean and fresh. No noise! GREAT A/C, ceiling fan. Big walk in shower and jetted tub. King sized bed so very comfy and wonderful pillows and linens. Beautiful white fluffy towels, and plenty. Love LOVE the soap and shampoo. Could use some yard weed trimming... More

This inn is in an old building and some of the woodwork is showing its age, but it was a great place to stay. We stayed in the main building and the room had a flat screen, refrigerator, microwave as well as coffee maker. But my favorite was the over-sized jacuzzi tub in the bathroom--fantastic after a busy day playing... More

First of all, I don't think you can beat the price for this location. We looked at several other, more expensive B&Bs that were not as close to Main Street. You can simply walk out of your door and start shopping. Several reviewers have griped about the road noise. We stayed in 203, and I do agree that you can... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here on Valentine's weekend. She booked the room without consulting me first since it was a surprise. I believe she only booked a week in advance, so pickings were probably pretty slim all over town. I believe she paid $225 per night which included the holiday gouging fee. When we entered the side door to... More

I stay at this B&B almost every year during the fall. It is right on Main Street a few doors down from the Brewery. The location is perfect and the place is very cute. The breakfast they provide is really yummy too. All of the wineries are about 10 min out of town so the drive isn't bad at all.... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. They bring a great breakfast to your room each morning. The room was very nicely appointed. And, the Main Street location made for very convenient access to shopping, dining and attractions. They also have a very nice pool and spa for guests to use. We visited over the 4th of July and viewed the... More

This was my first time visiting Fredericksburg, TX. My boyfriend is from Texas and wanted to show me this adorable town and visit the wine country. This was the cheapest hotel we stayed in during our whole trip, and it was our favorite! For $99/night that is an awesome deal, especially because you get breakfast! Our room was on the... More

We just spent this past weekend (June 14th-15th, 2013) in Fredricksburg as an anniversary getaway. I got into pretty much any vacation with an open mind and take things as they come but I wish I had read more reviews about this place before going. Initially, when we arrived it looked really nice. There are stairs to the second floor... More

We are sorry for any issues the guest had, they declined daily service and made no mention to housekeeping or front desk of any issue. The second evening they came to report the water from the ac which we went right up to address, the unit had froze up. When we left the room the ac was running and the... More
