The website didn't do near enough justice on this place. I knew I was booking a room at what looked like a charming place online, but until we arrived I had no idea what I was really going to experience. The adobe village, consisting of the owner's main house, several suites, Italian restaurant, Spa, chapel, underground grotto, large 2nd floor... more

My husband and I stayed at Trois Estate for our three year anniversary, and I would have to say without a doubt, it was one of the best vacations we have been on! The personal attention was out of this world......as the food.....as the room.....as the service.....as of overall quality for price. Rebecca, the owner, took us on a personal... more

Trois Estate at Enchanted Rock We and another couple were guests at the Trois Estate in April of 2009. As it was a Tuesday and the restaurant was closed, we were the only guests. Nonetheless, Rebecca Trois, who owns the estate along with her husband Charles, was a gracious host and prepared a magnificent, gourmet dinner for us from selections... more

My wife and I stayed at the Trois Estate for a night after finding it online. The website presents it as a "luxury" bed and breakfast with "elegant" bed and breakfast suites. Personally, I wouldn't use either of those words... It's much more rustic than anything else. The highlight was easily the restaurant. The dining room itself is very nice,... more

On 2 days notice Rebeca (owner) was able to prepare a small 10 person wedding for me and my fiance Maria. One other couple decided to stay a night at the estate as well. The place was amazing, very eclectic and unique which was a wonderful change from upscale hotels that have only one element of character. Each of the... more

The Trois Estate is by far one the very best B&B that we have had the pleasure to stay at!!! This place exemplifies the very meaning of a Bed & Breakfast, with an artisan charm and an emphasis on authenticity! From the beautiful location to the highly original architecture, my hat goes off and I have to say bravo, bravo,... more

I can see a number of good reviews and I do not like giving negative reviews, however, I have to share my disappointing experience. I found Trois Estate on the internet and after visitng their website and seeing how unique and beautiful the place seems and proximity to Enchanted Rock, I booked a room for my husband and I. When... more

My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful and unique B&B experience at Trois Estate that exceeded our expectations. This place is literally a stone throw from enchanted rock and an ideal place to relax after a long day of hiking/rock climbing. We stayed at Troisi Pieza and enjoyed the distinctive modern Mexican influenced décor, architecture, charm and its laid... more

I'll start off positive-the place is a rock throw from Enchanted Rock. Rebecca, the owner, is nice. The staff we encountered were friendly. What I didn't like about this place was that the grotto pools heater was out, so we didn't swim in it. The swimming pool outside, was disgusting. It was full of dirty water. There were toe nails... more

My husband and I discovered Trois Estate on-line through a search for wedding sites in Fredericksburg. Upon viewing the Trois website, we immediately made a trip to scout out our findings--our hunch was that we had stummbled upon a gem! Within seconds of arriving at Trois, my soon-to-be-husband and I knew that we had found the place where we wanted... more
