We just spent three delight days at the in the Perdernales cabin at the Cotton. We highly recommend the Cotton Gin for a relaxing get-away. The cabin included a microwave, refrigerator, and small kitchen. We had complete privacy, never saw the cleaning staff although the cabin was cleaned daily. Sweet rolls, coffee, juice, water and the makings for smokes were... More

I was overjoyed by the accommodations of my girls'weekend. We stayed in the "Big House" which accommodated 8 women comfortably. It was a beautiful location and quiet. The restaurant on site was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.

We didnt actually stay the night, (We stayed at Chuckwagon Inn nearby), but we had dinner here and that was great. Much better than the choice in Fredericksburg town centre. Steak was very good (although as a European you always have to order one level bloodier than you woudl in Europe to get the same outcome). Service was friendly.

My husband and I were looking for a nice long weekend getaway, and we found it here! We stayed in the Red River North cabin, which shares a porch with another cabin. It is huge porch, and as of yet (we are still here ) have not seen our neighbors. We have spent our mornings drinking coffee in the outside... More

The Cotton Gin B&B has a great location and beautiful grounds. Each cottage is secluded and you feel like you have the whole place to yourselves. The staff is friendly and very accomadating. The only complaint I had is that some of the bathroom hardware ie showers need updating. Other than that very nice place.

I've stayed there twice, once in one of the smaller (though still roomy) cabins and once in 1 Big House for a work retreat (6 of us - had plenty of room in the large 3-bedroom house). Very nicely appointed cabins, lovely continental breakfast provided (though it was hard not to eat the pastries the night before). Very comfortable beds... More

Stayed two nights this past week in the Guadalupe cabin. Cabin was very nice and tucked away on the property. Overall property size is small, but is very nicely laid out. Makes you feel like you are in a village once you enter. It is located close to the highway and airport. We did not find the road noise to... More

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in the Cotton Gin Village to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The cabin was larger than I expected and even nicer than I thought it would be. I can't think of a thing I would change. We stayed in the Llano cabin which is probably the least private of them all considering it's... More

We stayed in late march 2014. From the descriptions we read we expected a paradise away from it all. The hotel is situated right on the highway. The traffic noise in the pecos cabin was unrelenting and we got little sleep. The cabins are nicely done up with careful period features but I didn't want to sit on the porch... More

We stayed in the Guadeloupe cabin and had a great time! The cabin was tastefully decorated, comfortable, private and spacious. We loved the big fireplace and all the nice touches beyond breakfast supplies such as ingredients for smores and popcorn. The staff were very friendly and polite. We really enjoyed our stay!
