We have visited Cottin Gin Village for probably the past 6 years for our anniversary trip. Our goal is to stay in every single cabin. We love different things about all of the cabins. We have never had a bad experience. Be sure and eat at Cabernet Grill Also the granola and the pastries are wonderful!

Four of us stayed last week and were very pleased with the accommodations and the food service at Cotton Gin Village. The rooms were suited well for two. They are well thought through cabins with a nice bathroom, bedroom combo and large living, kitchenette where you can prepare coffee before your wonderful, very ample breakfast is delivered to your door... My wife and I were fortunate to find this fantastic location through the Fredericksburg tourist On-Line site as it is not found on many other sites. It is not right in town but the short 5 min. drive is definitely worth it. The turn of the century rustic cabins are very nicely decorated but with all the modern necessities you... More

This place is amazing. The cabins are right out of the turn of the century. It is clean and comfortable. The staff is there to do anything for you. Very kitchy. You will have a unique stay. There is a delicious restaurant on the property, and it is worth the trip. This gem will notice disappoint.

This was a nice location to stage visiting the Fredericksburg area both for the downtown area and for visiting the wine vineyards near town. Comfortable bed with a few of the needed amenities like a great whirl pool bath, small refrigerator, cable TV and some nice pastries and cereals for breakfast in the morning with a Krug individual coffee maker.... We stayed in the 1 big house as it was cheaper than renting 3 separate cottages. We had spotted the lodging here when eating at the restaurant on a previous trip to Fredericksburg. The house is huge! It only has 3 bedrooms but has several pull out couches so could accommodate up to 14 people easily. It is a bed... More

We just spent three delight days at the in the Perdernales cabin at the Cotton. We highly recommend the Cotton Gin for a relaxing get-away. The cabin included a microwave, refrigerator, and small kitchen. We had complete privacy, never saw the cleaning staff although the cabin was cleaned daily. Sweet rolls, coffee, juice, water and the makings for smokes were... More

I was overjoyed by the accommodations of my girls'weekend. We stayed in the "Big House" which accommodated 8 women comfortably. It was a beautiful location and quiet. The restaurant on site was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.
