My wife and I were fortunate to find this fantastic location through the Fredericksburg tourist On-Line site as it is not found on many other sites. It is not right in town but the short 5 min. drive is definitely worth it. The turn of the century rustic cabins are very nicely decorated but with all the modern necessities you... More

This place is amazing. The cabins are right out of the turn of the century. It is clean and comfortable. The staff is there to do anything for you. Very kitchy. You will have a unique stay. There is a delicious restaurant on the property, and it is worth the trip. This gem will notice disappoint.

This was a nice location to stage visiting the Fredericksburg area both for the downtown area and for visiting the wine vineyards near town. Comfortable bed with a few of the needed amenities like a great whirl pool bath, small refrigerator, cable TV and some nice pastries and cereals for breakfast in the morning with a Krug individual coffee maker.... We stayed in the 1 big house as it was cheaper than renting 3 separate cottages. We had spotted the lodging here when eating at the restaurant on a previous trip to Fredericksburg. The house is huge! It only has 3 bedrooms but has several pull out couches so could accommodate up to 14 people easily. It is a bed... More

We just spent three delight days at the in the Perdernales cabin at the Cotton. We highly recommend the Cotton Gin for a relaxing get-away. The cabin included a microwave, refrigerator, and small kitchen. We had complete privacy, never saw the cleaning staff although the cabin was cleaned daily. Sweet rolls, coffee, juice, water and the makings for smokes were... More

I was overjoyed by the accommodations of my girls'weekend. We stayed in the "Big House" which accommodated 8 women comfortably. It was a beautiful location and quiet. The restaurant on site was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.

We didnt actually stay the night, (We stayed at Chuckwagon Inn nearby), but we had dinner here and that was great. Much better than the choice in Fredericksburg town centre. Steak was very good (although as a European you always have to order one level bloodier than you woudl in Europe to get the same outcome). Service was friendly.

My husband and I were looking for a nice long weekend getaway, and we found it here! We stayed in the Red River North cabin, which shares a porch with another cabin. It is huge porch, and as of yet (we are still here ) have not seen our neighbors. We have spent our mornings drinking coffee in the outside... More

The Cotton Gin B&B has a great location and beautiful grounds. Each cottage is secluded and you feel like you have the whole place to yourselves. The staff is friendly and very accomadating. The only complaint I had is that some of the bathroom hardware ie showers need updating. Other than that very nice place.
