We spent one night in the Llano and had a wonderful time! The cabin was adorable. The staff was nothing but friendly. We LOVED the picnic basket breakfast delivered to our door. And we had a real fire burn all night to keep us warm! So much fun and so cute!

Step back in time! Relax and enjoy a log cabin with everything you need. Fire wood at your door step. For breakfast you'll get a basket of extraordinary delights delivered to your door. Everything homemade and as tasty as you'd ever want. The homemade cinnamon rolls were my favorite. Outside you can sit on the porch swing or you can... More

The Cotton Gin is one of our favorite "Get Away" places. Several changes have been made since our last stay. The bathrooms now have doors instead of the curtains and a hot breakfast is delivered to the room instead of the muffins and pastries in the basket at arrival. The TV is also with a new cable company which required... More

We are so happy you noticed & approve of our improvements! We continually strive to make your stay as comfortable and care free as possible. The hot breakfasts prepared every morning by our chefs and delivered with a discreet knock on your door is just one of the many things we have changed to make your stay memorable! More

This place is the ticket. The ambience is fantastic. Rustic in a fine way. Walked right off our porch into the Cabernet Grill Restaurant courtyard. Water fountains abound. Caution. At restaurant dinner setting sit a bit away from the mini-roar sound of the fountain if you'd like to carry on a conversation across the table. The only reason I didn't... More

For a different and unique experience, stay at the Cotton Gin Village. Several log cabins, each different made for a super several nights. Ours was a two room cabin "Llano Cabin". A rustic pioneer feel with all the modern convinces on would expect at a more modern hotel. Very comfortable with friendly hosts. Each morning brunch was delivered to our... More

This hotel is in the grounds of the Cab-Grill Restraurant. There are 5 log cabins of varying sizes but we have the smallest. Great set up with a living room with a massive leather sofa, coffee machine, fridge and microwave etc. your 'get you in pack' includes marshmallows and microwave popcorn! The bed was kingsize and very comfortable and the... More

My first experience with Cotton Gin Village, but it won't be my last! I read about the Cotton Gin in the Dallas newspaper and in Texas Highways and thought it sounded like a wonderful place to stay. So, when I decided to go to Fredericksburg to go wine tasting (just me), I booked a 5 night stay there. I loved... More

Ate there on our honeymoon on may 5th. This place os incredible. The menu is not your normal fare but was a special occassion so we splurged. The waiter was great and kept our glasses of tea filled. Dessert was great and topped off our meal just right. The best part wad the shory walk back to our cabin.

We have visited Cottin Gin Village for probably the past 6 years for our anniversary trip. Our goal is to stay in every single cabin. We love different things about all of the cabins. We have never had a bad experience. Be sure and eat at Cabernet Grill Also the granola and the pastries are wonderful!
