I like to stay at LaQuinta as I travel with my small dog and they are usually very pet friendly. However, upon arrival I was told that I could not leave the pet in my room for any length of time and that "We don't care what it said online, this is our policy." I was told my dog was... more

We drove 3 1/2 hours and have always stayed at La Quinta because they accept pets. When we arrived, they told me that we could not leave them in the room. We could not enjoy our stay and had to go to Best Western. It ruined out vacation and I told them that on internet it does not say that.... more

Made reservations online for 2 ADJOINING rooms; 2 double beds; top floor and called 5 days before arrival to confirm. Man at desk said,"yes, we have your request for 2 ADJOINING double bed rooms on 3rd floor". Got there and he said, "I'm sorry we don't have any ADJOINING rooms here, and your 2 ADJACENT rooms are on the 2nd... more

I am shocked that this lovely to the eye hotel would skimp on their customers comfort. The beds are like bricks. You can even hear the cheap packing material everytime you turn over. They had feather pillows, which in theirselves aren't bad, but they had cheap coverings and the ends of the feathers stuck us all night. We were able... more

We were very pleased with the quality of this La Quinta. It was very clean and clearly fairly new. Staff were cheerful and helpful at all times. Internet was easy to connect to and we found the free breakfast to be ample for our needs as we are cereal eaters. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay... more

We had a nice quiet stay to the start of our vacation. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Everything in our room working well and staff was very friendly. Only unique thing is that the maid staff on two separate occasions entered our room without knocking, but other than that a great place to stay in a great hill country... more

I booked a room a short distance from the Main shopping area, and it was a dsaster from the start. We decided in 5 min. to leave. This was Memorial weekend so we were worried about what we were going to find and coming here was a great decision. We had to pay for the other place, and when we... more

Very nice, clean, well maintained. I have no complaints. Quality and front-desk staff that I've come to expect from La Quinta--on this trip I've stayed at 3 different ones and they're all uniformly a great value for the money. Free high speed wireless internet--36 Mbps and excellent strength. I've always wondered why the high-end hotels charge for internet access while... more

The town is the ultimate "tourist trap". However, if you're part of the "Branson Missouri crowd" you'll love it. I decided to swing through here on my way to Los Angeles for business. If you're taking I-10 and want to avoid San Antonio, this route through Fredericksburg and Austin has great roads and times out about the same. The town... more

We stayed at the La Quinta Inn and Suites for two nights in July on the way to pick up our son from camp in the Texas Hill Country. While the hotel is quite new and attractive, our trip was ruined by management's pet policy. The La Quinta web site, which I used to book the room, stated that this... more
