Fredericksberg is a great little town. If you're looking for a weekend getaway, I highly recommend it. There are many excellent wineries nearby, and the town has some truly excellent restaurants. There are also many nice shops to wander in and out of. - We stayed at Chenin Blanc during our trip. It was really nice. We picked up our... More

Our long weekend in the Chenin Blanc was the perfect retreat! Loved the spacious outdoor patio and loft-style room. The loft-style second floor room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace and the king-size bed was lush and incredibly comfortable. The jacuzzi was clean and large enough for both of us, but we would have liked a separate... More

I reserved the Ruby Canernet Hacienda for my husband and I's anniversary. I wasn't expecting much. Just a little room and shared common rooms. We were pleasantly surprised! It was like our own little house! There was parking right in front of the house which was nice. The king sized bed is in the living room but the room is... More

Stayed in the Pinot Noir Ste. The room was ok. In the middle of the night the smoke detector kept going off and repeating a verbal message. We called the emergency # but no one answered. We were up all night. We talked to the staff at check out, who was nice and apologetic. She said she would credit us... More

This was a terrific B and B. Right off the main strip and very private and quiet. Check in was very simple and the staff was very good. Great outdoor balcony with this unit too. The wineries are definitely worth a visit, and tons of great restaurants and beer gardens. It even has an Ipad and dock included with the... More

It was a good place to stay just the food wasn't that great we bought our own breakfast and the ac wasn't working very good. But the location was awesome. It was right off the main street close to all the shops.

We stayed in the Chenin Blanc, which is located upstairs. Very private and romantic. Has several little touches that make the stay fabulous. Romantic fireplace. Great A/C. Feels like a home-away-from home. Good location. Can walk a block or two over to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. You can tell that there was a lot of thought put... More

We came for a girls' weekend and stayed in two rooms. My friend and I picked the Chenin Blanc only knowing that it was the upstair room. It was much better than we had expected and the back the deck was a great. The bed is so comfy and we loved the fireplace inside even though we didn't use it.... More

My husband and I were looking for a quick weekend getaway to rest up before the holiday stressors. I understand that this is an old house and as such you are not going to get a hotel experience...a main reason we pick B&Bs. I gave this stay an average rating because there were several things that made our stay uncomfortable.... More

This is a nice apartment about 10-15 min walk from the main shopping area, few bars just min away. This place is a great place for a weekend, the shower is amazing. There is a perfect out door seating where you can drink some wine in the afternoon sun. I would suggest taking this place over the other room in... More
