So bad! The carpeting was so filthy and old. The room smelled like french fries! The bedspreads were disgusting. The maid had cleaned the surfaces and bathroom well but that did not make up for how the owners have not kept this place up. It is a shame that the hotel prices in Fredericksburg are so high.
