treated very rudely by owners. Agreements made at time reservations were made were not upheld when we got there to stay. The owners are harsh, disrespectful, & very unappreciative of your business. Even upon arrival, they acted like it was a burden to check you in. For them to treat their guests they way they do, they will no longer... More

Great site and location, Horrible owners. We had 3 sites for us and our friends with Motor homes while attending the the Wine Festival. We were enjoying ourselves (and a little loud but not extreme) at 8:00PM the owner came screaming and cussing at us and then called the cops to make all of us leave. After Wine tasting for... More

15 minutes after 10:00 (quite time) and out of the shadows comes the owner Lisa with the worst business etiquette I have every seen in my life. She threatened, yelling and voice trembling threatened, if we did not keep it down, we were out of there. She mentioned someone in our group going over the 5 mph speed limit and... More

The park is in a good location to downtown and many wineries. Things quickly went downhill....here goes..... We arrived to a very nice park host who escorted us in as usual. That was the only nice thing we experienced. The next day it all changed: 1. We had several couples and RV's in our group. The second morning we were... More

I have stayed here many times before, and the best part of the stay here was the location. However, I have never felt more uncomfortable with any camping experience in my life. I constantly felt like I was being watched. I was told from the moment I arrived about the speed limit enforcement, and they were dead serious. We had... More

We stayed at this KOA in Fredericksburg in early spring 2015 with a small group of friends. The first thing you notice when you pull into the property and when you check in is how much emphasis they put on THEIR RULES. Rather than being received with greeting signs, you are welcomed with WARNING SIGNS like to drive 5mph or... More

We stayed here 2 evenings in our travel trailer. Top notch park with good shade and fairly well - spaced sites. Great dog area, greenery, and nearby longhorn steers to watch. Hospitable folks that drive you to site. Shower and restroom facilities some distance from back part of park so plan to enjoy the walk. Low traffic noise compared to... More

I will say, this campground is nice. Yes, as many have said in their earlier posts, there are A LOT of rules (you have to sign a child and pet waiver upon signing in). I like that the speed limit is 5mph through the campground. The place is very quiet (minus road noise from the highway) and seems to be... More

We used this KOA on our very first time going to Fredericksburg in Early spring 2015. Nothing special or fun about this place. Spaces are tight. Very little shade if any. Many sights right next to the hi-way. I guess park would be enjoyable for older people looking for quiet, uneventful time. DEFINITELY NOT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN OR DOGS... More

We stayed two nights in this lovely campground while visiting Fredericksburg, TX. What a beautiful campground! It is more like a park that a campground. The campground is full of large mature oak trees. The surrounding area is rural (a vineyard was on one side and a farm on the other). The staff was very professional. The pull through sites... More
