My family rented all five rooms for a perfect getaway in March. Truly everything was perfect. The entire place feels like a home, and it was fun to explore the tasteful decor of all of the rooms, with the countryside around us, and the city only a short drive away. Becky and Sam were amazing in providing invaluable advice about... More

We have stayed here many times over the years and just love it, Becky and Sam are great people. The breakfast isn't bad either. We have stayed in almost all of the cabins and they are all terrific. Can't wait to go back next year.

Becky and Sam, the owners, make you feel right a home. The breakfast was delicious each morning, our cabin was immaculate, the bed & furniture super comfortable & decor precious. We enjoyed watching the stars come out on our balcony our last night. Becky & Sam gave us great tips on what to do and see around Fredericksburg and where... More

We stayed two nights. The breakfasts are amazing! Miss Becky and Sam are so personable and friendly. They recommended a great burger place and some of the more liked wineries. We have stayed in prior years with them. We will stay again. Everything is very clean. It is very private. It is not a typical B and B...you have very... More

We stayed in the cabin. It was wonderful. We loved swinging on the porch. The breeze was very nice. It made for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot. The bath tub was enormous! We LOVED the breakfasts. fluffy pancakes, thick syrup, crisp bacon, eggs to order. Sam and Becky are wonderful hosts. We love visiting... More

Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Sam and Becky are great innkeepers and breakfast was fantastic. Love the furnishings. It is located very close to town, but not in town and is away from the traffic. Great outside areas to sit and enjoy the breeze.

We have stayed in several places in Fredericksburg and this is our new absolute favorite. We stayed in the Pear Tree Cottage and it was perfect. The bed, jacuzzi tub, coffee maker, everything was perfect. Sam's breakfasts are incomparable to anything you may find in town, they are incredible. With Becky's history lessons and the singing cat everything was a... More

Everything was just wonderful. Breakfasts were great and filling. Rooms were very comfortable. The hosts were great. Enjoyed the stories. Was very entertaining. Also we were blessed to have such nice people as the other guests. Felt almost like family by the time we left. Would definitely stay here again.

When you drive up to the Chuck Wagon Inn, the first thing you might see is Sam settin' thar with his guard dog...no, wait...it's a cat. They look so ornery that you'd have to be real thirsty to even ask for water. Turns out they're both real sweet, and inclined toward conversation. Then you might meet Miss Becky, who keeps... More
