“Much needed update!”

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel need a much upgrade. The carpets in the room are literally filthy. The only reason I stayed here was the chance to stay in the same hotel as JFK, a hero in my books. Exercise area is outdated Precor equipment, use the complementary guest pass at the YMCA instead. “A great stay”

I was very pleased with this hotel. The restaurant has a delicious lunch buffet. The room was large and very clean and comfortable. The meeting spaces were nice. There a small store in the lobby that's open 24 hrs a day in case you need a snack or toiletries. It was an overall enjoyable stay.

The walls are a bit thin, so I heard other people leaving their rooms while I was still trying to sleep, but it didn't ruin my stay by any means. “Nice hotel....dining a problem”

Nice hotel, a bit pricey, convenient location for Convention Center. The hotel restaurant is not open for supper. All dining in that part of town is very expensive. First night they did not have regular coffee in room only decaf.

“Clean but dated”

I'm actually shocked at how positive most of the reviews are for this hotel. Yes, it is a clean, welcoming property. But it is extremely dated. “Nice and Friendly”

Staff members where very friendly and supportive. Rooms are good size with comfortable beds. No Fridge or microwave was an inconvience. Although hotel is walking distance to the convention center and other downtown venues and very close to Sundance Square shops and great restaurants.

Very nice historic Hilton property! Room was comfortable and nicely appointed. This location in very convenient to the convention center, Bass Concert Hall and the many restaurants in Sundance Square.
