Five years ago when we started driving up to Fort Worth for the world-class art museums, we decided to go the B&B route. The Texas White House was the closest to the museum district, so for starters I picked it. One stay was enough to convince us that we would never want to stay anywhere else. Over the five years,... more

Our confirming email guaranteed that our stay would be comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Grover and Jamie did not disappoint. Our room and bed very comfortable, the bathroom large and spotless. Breakfasts were the best we've had in any B&B. Most of all, however, the sincere hospitality we experienced from the hosts made this a wonderful visit. It makes us hope... more

We stayed here last year on our first trip to the USA. Everyone said the people in Texas were the most friendly and polite and they were so right. Jamie and Grover were so nice and if we go back to Fort Worth as we would like to we would not hesitate to stay here again, We used it as... more

We were the first honeymoon couple of the Texas White House B&B. We live in the DFW area, but when we would like to get away from all the hustle and bustle we know where we can go and relax. We make it a point to go back every 5 yrs. (By the way we've been married 15 years) I... more

We were in Fort Worth on business and wanted to make our one-night stay as fun as possible. We booked Texas White House B&B and asked if they could research setting up a private yoga lesson for us at 7 am the morning after our stay. They found someone who came bright and early and gave us a great yoga... more

This is one of the best B&B's I have ever experienced, and the owners (Jamie and Grover) are some of the finest people I have ever met. I was in town for my father's surgery (hospital right across the street); it was a stressful time, but the room was such a peaceful, beautiful retreat. Jamie and Grover were so caring... more

I stayed in the Land of Contrast room while on business and I completely enjoyed my stay. It was so nice to feel at home while away on business. Grover and Jamie were gracious hosts. The bathroom was HUGE and had a wonderful claw-footed tub which I enjoyed. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Fort Worth. more

We were in Ft. Worth for a family wedding, and stayed at the B&B for two nights. We had three rooms: Longhorn Suite (great for those who cannot climb stairs); the Tejas Room and the Lone Star Room. Each room is beautifully appointed in period furniture and accessories. We found the rooms and bathrooms to be larger than we had... more

The location is excellent for Forth Worth cultural district and downtown. It's a direct road straight in and out but is still really quiet. The bedroom was beautifully furnished with antiques and the bathroom finished off with a good selection of toiletries. You are given a key so that you may come and go as you please and there is... more
