Front desk staff was rude. Made me wait until she finished counting change for the shift change. I was impressed with the free things this hotel has! The breakfaast was really nice! The staff made you feel at home and the free upgrade was an extra that was appreciaited!! I will be back on my next trip to Fort Worth!! more

The InnSuites is a dump and is infested with shady activity. My one night only stay started with a 20 minute check in wait as they only had one individual working the desk on a Saturday afternoon. Rooms smelled very musty and painted green. Desk clerks were friendly but unwilling to come to our room to bring needed items. Happy hour consisted of one drink per customer and some popcorn. Probably wouldn't stay her again. more
