Although the hotel was primarily unoccupied, we were charged a fee for early check in. The pool was not heated & the jacuzzi did not work. The room was decently clean, but the comforter had several noticable stains. There was also a roach on the ceiling. They advertisement "hot" breakfast, but it's actually waffles, cereal and rolls. Otherwise, decently priced... more

Microtel Inn & Suites is advertised as a 3-Star hotel on the Orbitz website (and several other travel websites). This place in no way compares to other hotels in this class, such as the Radisson, Country Inn, Courtyard Marriot, etc. If you are expecting this type of hotel, you will be horribly disappointed. Putting a mini-fridge and a few extra... more

For the price we paid, I expected less. However, room included a sitting area with a sofa, a little breakfast table, a nice work desk with both wireless and ethernet internet access and a sitting bench in front of the window. There is a free continental breakfast in the morning with make-your-own waffles and bagels. Not much else. I was... more

Upone arrival I was greeted by a very friendly face, they had already had me precheked in, very nice. Thelma was very knowledgeable about direction and events. The room was great, I enjoyed the fitness room. What could I say about the breakfast, it was great. When in Town I will be staying at the Microtel. Keep up the good... more

I checked in late and they had lost my reservation (I booked through Priceline) but when I furnished the paper work they quickly gave me a room. They were very helpful and apologetic for the problem the whole time. The staff seemed very competent. The room was very nice for the $40 I paid. The queen size bed was comfortable.... more

It was located in a pretty convient spot just off the highway with a couple of decent places to eat nearby. The free breakfast was a joke since it was mostly cereal and some muffins. The hot tub was NASTY. When we check in they gave us a room but people were STILL IN IT! Still after everything was settled... more

The first visit to this chain hotel which is priced for the budget traveller. I was not disappointed. Conveniently located with good standard fittings and spacious rooms. I was able to use the lobby PC to access my e-mails. The complimentary breakfast was basic but no different from other more expensive hotels. Security of the building is good with a... more

Our recent 3 night stay was less than acceptable. The place is clean and affordable, but seems short-staffed. Our room was not ready by 3 PM and we were sent to another room that was also not cleaned yet. One day they cleaned the room, but did not replace all of the towels. The response was "They are still being... more

Stayed here end of October for 2 nights. Good sized, clean rooms and super friendly staff. Internet access in lobby a bonus. Breakfast was basic, but adequate. Would certainly stay again. more

This is a nice hotel if you can get it for around $50 a night. It is relatively new and clean with a friendly staff. The rooms were fairly quiet. Ours had a safe, refrigerator, and a microwave which was nice and convenient. There was also free Internet access in the rooms if we had a laptop. Since we didn't,... more
