My best friend and I stayed in the Paris Cottage for one night and really enjoyed our visit. The two bedrooms were perfect for us. The beds are very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub - plenty of hot water! Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed visiting with Martha and Richard as well as a charming couple visiting... More

Enjoyed staying in the Evening in Paris cottage suite. Nice that the suite had a mini refrigerator, kitchen sink area, and extra bed room. Hot tub and shower were also just right. Also enjoyed talking with the owners over breakfast each morning. Martha even made a special breakfast for me, due to my dietary choices. We hope to return sometime.

Had an awesome stay. We stayed in the cottage, magnolia, which was great since it has it's own AC unit. Breakfast was delivered in the morning on Saturday and a buffet style breakfast on Sunday. The food was phenomenal both days. The room had a wonderful appeal to it and a great seating area right outside the door. The place... More

We stayed in the Paris suite, one night mid-week. Very private and quiet. Lots of amenities and special little touches to make our stay comfortable. Beautiful grounds to stroll around and enjoy some quiet time. The breakfast was above and beyond excellent! A real gem! True Texas hospitality and charm! We will be back!

My husband and I decided to do a mid week last min staycation. We called and were able to get a mid week cottage the same day and I was trilled that we did. I was a bit concerned driving in because half of the neighborhood is being rehabbed, but some of the other homes were in need of some... More

Loved this getaway!. Paris room is separate from main house so have privacy. Since we were only one on a week night brought breakfast to our room in morning. Wonderful and loved the Huckleberry Jam and delicious breakfast. Made our visit special with Anniversary Plate and Pecan Pie upon arrival.

Love the quiet cottage in the back. Wonderful spaciest room with jacuzzi tub. Cozy and comfortable to just relax! We especially loved the sit down breakfast with others guest, and the owners, exchanging stories of many travels and life experiences. The owners are super friendly folks. You'll love your stay.

My fiancee had a business trip in Richardson and we decided to make a long weekend and spend some quality time together and wanted to do it at a B&B as we enjoy the experience so much more that a typical hotel. Martha & Richard were wonderful helping us set up a couples massage and recommending things to do around... More
