My fiancee had a business trip in Richardson and we decided to make a long weekend and spend some quality time together and wanted to do it at a B&B as we enjoy the experience so much more that a typical hotel. Martha & Richard were wonderful helping us set up a couples massage and recommending things to do around... More

The house and the grounds just exemplify peace! The house, the big rooms, the two gazebos, the amazing and delicious breakfast and the family atmosphere that this B&B offers is exactly the reason why this is our second (and not last) visit. The hosts treat you like family and every guest is an extension of your family. yet, outside of... More

I came to the Fort Worth area for the college football championship game and found on trip advisor the very highly rated azalea plantation. I have stayed in many different B and B's and without a doubt it was the best I have ever found. Delightful rooms, gardens, and the kindest most hospitable hosts I have encountered. We hope to... Before Christmas descended and while our kids were at Grandma's for the night, we stole away to the Azalea Plantation for a quick overnight. What a beautifully decorated home - particularly for the holidays. We stayed in the lovely "Evening in Paris" room - a great room w/French Country decor and all the amenities. Very luxurious sheets, by the way,... More

I was immediately welcomed and everything I wanted or needed was immediately taken care of. The hosts were the sweetest people and so accommodating. The room was beautiful and the spa tub was large and deep! Martha put fresh cookies in my room several times and the other special touches she did were amazing. The breakfasts were exquisite and could... More

We stayed at the Azalea Plantation in late September (I apologize for just now posting my thoughts!) The B & B is a truly lovely little gem that's tucked in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to downtown Fort Worth and all the city has to offer. From the minute we arrived, owners/hosts Martha and Richard made us feel like old... More

I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the "Southern Hospitality" and graciousness with which our visit was treated. We needed peace and quiet. We needed gardens, coffee or tea outside with birds chirping and that's what we got! This is so close to downtown that it was very easy to get everywhere - and boy do Richard and... More

The Azalea Plantation is such a wonderful place to relax and close to downtown that it was a definite pick for my husband and myself. Martha and Richard helped us celebrate our 18th Anniversary in style and gave us both much needed rest and relaxation.

Martha & Richard are such wonderful people and they have a desire to see people rest and relax in their home. My husband and I stayed two nights and enjoyed our time so much that we are already planning another getaway during Christmas time! The food, hospitality, quality R&R...all PERFECT!!! I highly recommend this place for a Couples Weekend...you're close... More

My husband and I just celebrated our 35th anniversary at the Azalea Plantation. Everything was fabulous and above our expectations. It is located very close to downtown Fort Worth and the Stockyards. The Magnolia Cottage, which is located behind the main house, was fantastic. It has a living area, kitchenette with small fridge (stocked with sodas and water), microwave, coffee... More
