I've stayed at Stonehouse several times, on both personal trips and those for business. From a practical viewpoint, the location is excellent--within minutes of the interstate, Will Rogers Coliseum, the cultural district and right in the Stockyards. This our 6th year staying in this location. The owner JB had just purchase this wonderful building with such great history the first time we stayed. We stayed at the Stonehouse for two nights (Saturday and Sunday) for a last minute get-a-way that coinsided with a Mark Chesnutt show at Billy Bobs. This time I took my husband. He loves the place as much as I do. He thought I was exaggerating just a bit about how what a great location, how friendly everyone is, and the delicious breakfasts. The Stonehouse is a VERY unique historical place. One can just imagine the cowboys staying there after driving them thar dioggies to Fort Worth. The accommocations are comfortable and fun. The breakfast is delicious. BEST of all is Miss Sue because she is VERy cordial, kind, and helpful! more

I loved our stay it was a great experience, close to all the bars and stores, great western themes in the rooms, felt like a home away from home, we would definately recommend you stay here. we will be back. oh and i have to mention the GREAT HOT Breakfast! We loved it all round! more

We had a GREAT time and the rooms were very clean and rustic! This is a hidden treasure in the Stockyards! Breakfast was super! Would recommend going to this B&B to anyone! Planning another trip in December w/ several friends! Thanks, Sue! Had a great time!! Amber more

First off- Sue was the best hostess ever! She cooked delicious breakfasts and was so quick to help out with any needs I had. She was informative with great places to visit and sights to see. This is a very unique and historical b&b. The breakfast was awesome. The innkeeper was very knowledgable and friendly. I would stay here if going to the Ft. Worth Stockyards. Check -in and Park and Walk to all the evetns. more
