I attended a week long training class for a new position I accepted with The American Red Cross. The class was held at The American Airlines Training Center in Fort Worth, TX. This facility appears to have been built in the 1960's but has been well maintained. Accommodations were similar to dormitory rooms in college - nothing fancy, but certainly... More

I attended a training meeting here for a large volunteer operation. My stay was for 3 days and 3 nights. I found it to be typical of large corporate training centers. The facility is large. There are many meeting rooms, with flexible configurations, good technology options and very good WiFi coverage and capacity. The facility is close to DFW airport.... More

This place is terrible. It totally confirms my view of American Airlines. Crummy cramped rooms. No chair, no suitcase rack, no security chain on the door. No other lock on the door. This place is totally the pits.

Okay, first thing is people need to realize this is a training center NOT a hotel. It is purpose driven. Yes the rooms are small but you're not staying at the Waldorf on a leisure trip. Yes, the decor is dated but personally I thought the rooms were clean and functional. If you have a full slate of meetings, you'll... More

I attended a conference here so decided to stay at the lodge for convenience. Big mistake! The staff was nice and the facility is fine, but the rooms are like bad college dorm. For $130 a night I expected more. Cafeteria is the only on-site place for breakfast and lunch - it is not organized well and way too crowded... More

I have had the opportunity to stay at the American Airlines Training Center 4 times in the last month. I just wanted to express what a good job the staff does. Particularly Cherie at the Front Desk and Kelly Reeves in the conference center. They truly represent Dolce well! They do a Great Job!

Came here on a weeks training course with high expectations that where not upheld. Hotel and rooms are nasty and old... Cold showers. This place is more like a cheap collage dorm hall than a hotel that is in need of a major refurbishment. On the flip side the staff are accommodating, very pleasant and nice people. Food is good... Came here for a weeks training course and was unsure what to expect with all the bad reviews on here. So went In with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised. The facility itself is getting very old now and the rooms are showing some wear and tear. My room was kept very clean but you could smell a dampness... More

I decided to stay here instead of trying to make it home due to the inclement Dallas weather. Once I opened the door to my room this is what I saw: Wallpaper peeling off bathroom wall Black mold in cracks between tiles in the bathroom Two beds that were more like the size of a large coffin. They weren't even... More

The facility it self is very nice but the rooms are terrible. This place has been here since the 50's and I don't think the rooms have been upgraded since then . As soon as I opened the door I could smell Mildew and could see mold on the shower curtain . The room is small, stinks and the carpet... More
