I attended a conference here so decided to stay at the lodge for convenience. Big mistake! The staff was nice and the facility is fine, but the rooms are like bad college dorm. For $130 a night I expected more. Cafeteria is the only on-site place for breakfast and lunch - it is not organized well and way too crowded... More

I have had the opportunity to stay at the American Airlines Training Center 4 times in the last month. I just wanted to express what a good job the staff does. Particularly Cherie at the Front Desk and Kelly Reeves in the conference center. They truly represent Dolce well! They do a Great Job!

Came here on a weeks training course with high expectations that where not upheld. Hotel and rooms are nasty and old... Cold showers. This place is more like a cheap collage dorm hall than a hotel that is in need of a major refurbishment. On the flip side the staff are accommodating, very pleasant and nice people. Food is good... Came here for a weeks training course and was unsure what to expect with all the bad reviews on here. So went In with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised. The facility itself is getting very old now and the rooms are showing some wear and tear. My room was kept very clean but you could smell a dampness... More

I decided to stay here instead of trying to make it home due to the inclement Dallas weather. Once I opened the door to my room this is what I saw: Wallpaper peeling off bathroom wall Black mold in cracks between tiles in the bathroom Two beds that were more like the size of a large coffin. They weren't even... More

The facility it self is very nice but the rooms are terrible. This place has been here since the 50's and I don't think the rooms have been upgraded since then . As soon as I opened the door I could smell Mildew and could see mold on the shower curtain . The room is small, stinks and the carpet... More

This dump is contracted by our company for training. The rooms are beyond awful. The bathrooms haven't had an update in 20 years. Tiles are cracked, mildew is in the corners. The rooms are small and dark - very depressing stay. I would NEVER pay to stay here. I dread every time I am forced to stay in this sub-par... More

A friend described the rooms as "stark", and she is right on. The rooms kind of reminded me of the NCO rooms I visited once many years ago on a military facility. This place was built in the 60's, and despite updates over the years, the rooms still kept its minimalist approach; and they are tiny. I luckily had a... More

The only thing here that needs work are the guest rooms. They are somewhat dated (the beds are terriffic though) and smaller than most hotels (think NYC room size), but the location near DFW and the conference facilties outweigh this. What really shines here is the food. Be sure to upgrade meals to the Blackhawk Dining Room. The menu changes... More

This was my first journey the to the US and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. They pick me at the airport and provide me with the same service when I departing. The staffs at the restaurant were very friendly. Once I was late having breakfast, and the kitchen already closed. But one of the old lady asked... More
