The accommodation was very attractive, albeit a little dustyon the venetian blinds and mildewy on the shower curtain; the breakfasts were very nice and tasty. The ambience was spoiled when my daughter and her husband got bed bug bites the first night. Laura changed all the linen and fumigated the room but her stay was spoiled. Laura was also less... More

Well, it's not a bad to place to stay, just not for us in pretty much every way possible. The owners tell you the front door lock is hard to use and they are right--takes a lot of pushing, pulling, jiggling & wiggling the key and knob to get the door unlocked. Not a big deal except it makes a... More

Our stay at the Hattie May in was a memorable weekend. We contacted Laura and started off with Cooking School and Knife Skills (and do I need Knife Skills in a huge way!) on Friday evening. Saturday morning breakfast was delicious as well as Sunday morning. The Inn is in a great location. This was a very fun weekend for... More

I stayed with Scott and Laura (hosts) at the Hattie May in March 2015. I was in Ft. Worth for a conference at the Omni Hotel (about 1.4 miles from the Hattie May). I stayed for three days and had good accommodations and great hosts. I would highly recommend the Hattie May.

We have stayed here three times & have really enjoyed it each time. The hosts Laura & Scott are so nice. Laura prepares wonderful breakfasts. Her cookies served in the evening are great. We have always enjoyed the breakfast table conversations each time we have been here. The Blue Willow room is really a good choice for friends travelling together... More

we just got back from a stay at the Inn. We had a great time in Fort Worth. Laura and Scott could not have been nicer and the B&B was great. We loved our room too. We spent two hours at breakfast just having fun with the other guests as well and loved the warmth of the atmosphere. We can't... More

The owners are very, very nice and want to ensure that the guest have a great time. We stayed 2 nights in the Americana room and loved it. The bed was very comfy. I would highly recommend this place to others.

We just celebrated my husband's 60th birthday by staying at Hattie May. Laura and Scott were so accommodating and congenial. We checked in at 3:00 and then had friends come to the Inn to play music until it was time for us all to go to dinner. Laura and Scott let us use the Inn's downstair's parlor for our gathering... The absolute BEST people & inn - so kind, warm, welcoming. Scott & Laura opened up their inn to my fiancé & I for our humble elopement there - in their parlor. They made the experience so much more special for us because they truly cared. They treated us like family, took our photos, even surprized us with champagne afterward.... More

We stayed at Hattie May Inn last Saturday night to see the Jubilation 2: The Colors of Christmas at the Jubilee Theater. We enjoyed our stay and breakfast, as well as the show. The Inn was on a quiet street and easy to find.
