Our recent stay at this property was disappointing at best. After just staying at the Courtyard property in Tyler, TX..we were sorely disappointed in the Fossil Creek property. Although front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating, the overall appearance and upkeep of this property was poor. At the outside entrance we used, there were food products, and various other... More

I have learned there is a trick to getting a quality room at a great price. I didn't book this room, and my co-worker does not know how to find deals. That being said, it was an ok room, but this is coming off one of the best hotel stays I've ever had over in Dallas. Hard not to compare... More

This was first stay at this property. I had business in downtown Fort Worth but I need to watch the cost of lodging, so this Courtyard was just the ticket at $129 a night. This is a typical Coirtyard in the sense that it has yet mot receive a Marriott facelift. It is scheduled to get tha in October 2012.... More

This Courtyard is okay. It's clean. The rooms are large. The location is good. However it seems just a little less than it should be. There is simply not much inviting about the place. The halls and lobby seem a bit too dark and in need of freshening up. The towels are budget chain thin and scratchy. All in all... More

I travel to this area 12-18 times a year. Used to stay near speedway but Fossil Creek is a bit more convenient, so stayed there last 4 or 5 trips. Usually stay in Fairfield but tried Courtyard last trip. Pretty tire property (GREAT staff, though). Thermostats installed as a refit use wireless to avoid cost of wiring them. Constantly malfunction.... More

Forget trying to get any work done at this property if you need internet speeds faster than dial-up. I called the Ibahn help desk, and they basically said the internet was free and the speed provided was not to be expected to be fast enough to watch a news video. Unfortunately they did not offer any options either, like a... More

This hotel is less than average. The hotel room furniture is outdated. The main draw back is the wifi. It does not work. In this day in age, that is a must for travelers. Two nights was more than enough More

Stayed here last week for a business trip. I wish I could give the property a higher rating because the staff was really wonderful--friendly and professional. But between the really bad mattress and the world's loudest A/C unit, I didn't get any sleep at all. And frankly, on a business trip sleep is the most important thing. The room was... More

Its a fairly average courtyard but there's no wireless signal in the rooms. You can get one down in the lobby but that's it. Pretty pathetic for a hotel that pitches itself as a place for business travelers. I've mentioned this many times to the manager and they never do anything about it. Now I'm telling you:) More
