I stayed here for two nights. I was VERY VERY THANKFUL the hotel allowed me to check-in early in the a.m. Some hotels just will not allow this even if space is available. They saved the day for me. My biggest complaint about this hotel is the $18 plus tax per day we were forced to pay for valet parking for a parking lot that was about 20 ft from the front door. why is valet parking taxed by the way? This is a great hotel. The rooms couldn't be any better. I booked through Priceline and got a great rate. I would rate it 4 star. The only downside is that you have to either take a cab or walk about 10 blocks to get to the heart of downtown (Sundance Square). Other than that this is a great hotel... more

We stayed at this hotel for my daughter's dance convention at Will Rogers. Excellent location for us to stay. Room Service was great. Room was great. For a Sheraton, this hotel seemed to be lacking.
