This hotel did not offer me the greatest experience. First time staying at a Sheraton and we were only there from Friday evening until Sunday morning. We could literally hear everyone; guests, housekeepers and all members of staff, through your hotel door and the paper thin walls... So much so that my husband, 2 year old, and myself kept waking... Not a bad place to stay but a little expensive. Remodel going on. If you don't have your bed sheets changed and towels replaced daily then you get a $5 coupon tnsu can be used in hotel. They slide it under the door each morning. We would use it for coffee. Older decor but clean. Friendly staff. No problems just... More

Room had a poorly designed handicapped accessible bathroom with the shower, toilet and sink in 1 open room. The floor does not slope properly to drain the water from your shower, resulting in standing water throughout the bathroom. Requested room change; told sold out. Checked website which indicated rooms available. Requested a different room again, and told them their website... More

The room we were checked into is very old, wallpaper is deteriorating and in some places there big holes, there was a stain on the comforter, the hair dryer was sticky and gross when I picked it up, and you can clearly hear the next door room's toilet flushing very loudly. Overall gross and dirty for a hotel that we... More

We stayed for three nights in the second week of July. We were in Ft. Worth for an event at the Convention Center, which allowed for an extremely pleasant walk through the famed Ft. Worth Water Gardens at least twice a day. The room was nice and comfortable, as were the bed and linens. The bathroom was clean, but had... More

All the employees were super nice. The room did not have enough towels, wash cloths, or cups for coffee. I called guest services right away and this was never resolved. I picked up extra towels at the pool. You have to walk through the front lobby to get to the pool. The back door to the pool was locked. The... More

Starting in late July the hotel will be undergoing renovation. This is much needed. Stayed for leisure without the kids. Love the Ft. Worth lifestyle. Pros: Staff was efficient since hotel was packed full of convention people. Lobby and room appeared clean. Location was good because Molly the Trolley picks you up at the door every 15 minutes. Cons: I... More

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this facility while attending an event at the Convention Center. Every staff person we encountered were pleasant and welcoming. Even when we had an issue with housekeeping the hotel handled it perfectly.

Housekeeping service was exceptional... Best I've seen in many years of business travels. Everyone on staff I ran into were very helpful and cordial. My 11th floor room was clean and nicely furnished to handle my business needs. Typical high prices in the on-site restaurant but food was fine (didn't have time for dinner elsewhere). Nice sized common area but... More
