All I can say is watch your credit card. We had a charge show up two days after we checked out for another nights stay. Have been on the phone for five days now trying to get it straightened out. The night clerk found the mistake and tried to fix it and wound up charging it two more times. She... More

Everything else was booked. The room was old, dirty, and needed some serious tlc. Stains on mattress, hole in bathroom, bed felt like sleeping on particle board. If we hadn't been so tired we would have gotten our $ back and tried a different hotel. Keep driving or pick a different hotel!

I was pleased with my stay at the Atrium. It wasn't fancy, buy it had a microwave, refrigerator, and great water pressure in the shower. The box springs had some stains, but otherwise everything was clean and the memory foam mattress was nice. My biggest complaint was the guests being loud and obnoxious at 10PM. However they settled down before... More

We needed a stop-over room on the way to Ruidosa. We only stayed here because we had reserved the Deluxe Inn (based on Trip Advisor reviews of 4), only to find it was scary, and rooms were smelly and tiny. We would not stay there. The Atrium was at the intersection of all the major roadways, so we stopped there.... More

Drove into Fort Stockton late, around 10pm with the family. Made a hasty choice on hotels, and picked this one w/o researching Trip Advisor first. Big mistake since I just read that it rates 15 out of 15 among hotels their. In short, everything was very dirty and poorly managed! Found dead roach and urine on floor of bathroom last... More

Absolutely disgusting.... Changed rooms twice and it never got any better. Floors are gross, rooms are all half finished... Pool was clean but the Atrium always smelled like smoke after people started getting home from work. Maids only work on Mondays and Fridays..or whenever they felt like it. Had to vacuum my own room many times and exchange stuff off... More

Had no choice but to stay here due to all other hotels being full due to Spring break travelers. Room was disgusting. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor, bathtub was brown from lack of proper cleaning, mattresses were stained, drapes hanging off their hooks, carpet was dirty. The face cloths that are supposed to be white were a... More

This place is a dump. The beds are old and stained, bedding seems to be from the 80's, an ashtray in our NON smoking room. Has a funny smell almost like it's had been smoked in receipts from people that previously stayed here so you know it was not well cleaned, dirt in the corner of the tub by the... More

I really can't add much to the rest of these reviews, this place SUCKED!!! The room was barely habitable. The cables from the TV stuck out from the wall and there was a very severe risk of tripping on them in the dark. There was an ASHTRAY in our NON-SMOKING room. The pool area was dirty with towels and toys... More

We took a chance on this hotel while driving cross country...bad idea. The place is a wreck and should be condemned. Water doesn't work at the small coffee sink, main light and fan don't work, only a few channels come in on tv and are blurry, pool is a dump, jacuzzi broke, sauna broke, gym is a rotting rust bucket...
