The front desk staff is rude as all get out! Room is nice. Beds are great slept like a baby (with my little one) jacuzzi is broken. And empty... Staff could really use a class in customer service. Serious attitude problems.

Well where can I start. We stayed there a week w my husband and my mother in law, to visit over the holidays. First off the cleaning lady walks around w a cigarette in her mouth smoking as she's cleaning. Second and the worst, my girls both received head lice from thus place and when my husband told them they... More

Other hotels in the area were filled, so we booked this one. We should have kept going which we considered. Bed was comfortable and the tv nice, but nothing else. We woke up at 1:30 AM and decided to leave. Except for the sheets and pillow cases (no pillow case liner), the room was disgusting. If you plan to stay... More

All I can say is watch your credit card. We had a charge show up two days after we checked out for another nights stay. Have been on the phone for five days now trying to get it straightened out. The night clerk found the mistake and tried to fix it and wound up charging it two more times. She... More

Everything else was booked. The room was old, dirty, and needed some serious tlc. Stains on mattress, hole in bathroom, bed felt like sleeping on particle board. If we hadn't been so tired we would have gotten our $ back and tried a different hotel. Keep driving or pick a different hotel!

I was pleased with my stay at the Atrium. It wasn't fancy, buy it had a microwave, refrigerator, and great water pressure in the shower. The box springs had some stains, but otherwise everything was clean and the memory foam mattress was nice. My biggest complaint was the guests being loud and obnoxious at 10PM. However they settled down before... More

We needed a stop-over room on the way to Ruidosa. We only stayed here because we had reserved the Deluxe Inn (based on Trip Advisor reviews of 4), only to find it was scary, and rooms were smelly and tiny. We would not stay there. The Atrium was at the intersection of all the major roadways, so we stopped there.... More

Drove into Fort Stockton late, around 10pm with the family. Made a hasty choice on hotels, and picked this one w/o researching Trip Advisor first. Big mistake since I just read that it rates 15 out of 15 among hotels their. In short, everything was very dirty and poorly managed! Found dead roach and urine on floor of bathroom last... More

Absolutely disgusting.... Changed rooms twice and it never got any better. Floors are gross, rooms are all half finished... Pool was clean but the Atrium always smelled like smoke after people started getting home from work. Maids only work on Mondays and Fridays..or whenever they felt like it. Had to vacuum my own room many times and exchange stuff off... More

Had no choice but to stay here due to all other hotels being full due to Spring break travelers. Room was disgusting. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor, bathtub was brown from lack of proper cleaning, mattresses were stained, drapes hanging off their hooks, carpet was dirty. The face cloths that are supposed to be white were a... More
