First off, this is a nice hotel with very friendly people who aim to please. We did encounter some problems. In need a handicap room and that's what I booked. I asked, if possible I would like it to be on the first floor. One of the hotel employees saw that request and said "needs handicap, prefers ground floor, I'll... More

This area is well traveled. But the lack of hotels is huge. Don't let the low prices scare you away. The staff is friendly and ready to help. It seemed safe to me. I stayed twice in April. And I have 2 more trips in the very near future. I will stay here for sure. The swimming pool has privacy... More

This crossroad Trans-Pecos retreat sits a close quarter mile off the grueling IH 10, which has probably consumed most of your patience and energy from either direction you may have arrived. Simple, like the road, the facilities are clean, and Suite-like roomy. Tired from our Eastbound leg from Phoenix we found better than average quiet and quality. Hungry? Try KaBobs... More

Stayed a week at the Comfort Suites at the recommendation of my colleague who had just left the area; said it was the best around. The rooms were nice and comfortable, only weird thing was having only one TV that you couldn't see from the "living room" area. It is a good location though, close to Wal Mart and some... More

Friendly staff, clean fresh rooms, nice continental breakfast. Close to freeway access. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. Quiet rooms. Always love staying at a Comfort Inn. Recommend for singles and families traveling

Reserved here on our recent trip as it has good reviews and does not accept pets. We have sensitivity to pets and do not travel with pets. As a result it is important to us to not sleep in a room that has housed other traveler's pets. Check in was easy and efficient and our request for a certain type... More

Stayed here for a night while driving across much of the country. Given the price point it was a splurge, but after a bad stay earlier it was welcome. Big, clean, comfortable room. Wifi, tv, fridge. Nice looking common areas, and very pleasant helpful staff. Never even saw the pool area. Only negative was breakfast was just ok, although it... More

A convenient over night stop between San Antonio and El Paso. Clean, comfortable though our room was a little dark and gloomy. Staff were friendly, breakfast about what you would expect. Some of the other guests were to be blunt on the boozy side but caused us no problems.

Stayed for 1 night in room 207 on May 5, 2015. Front desk provided a warm welcome and helpful advice regarding the few local dining options in town. The room initially seemed large and had a sitting area with a sofa and upholstered chair, and other furnishings in good condition. The front desk clerk said the hotel was 6 years... More

So Fort Stockton doesn't have much to offer besides history. Interesting but that's about it, basically desert. So not much to say other than it pretty much is any other Comfort Suites. Brown, yellow and drab. For the town it was nice though. So it only rains about 5 days a year there and I just so happened to be... More
