Called in a reservation for two nights over the phone the day before. Upon arrival was told that our arrival was registered as a no show and we would be charged. Over a 6 hour driving distance so there's no way I could have called in a reservation from home and then arrived. 1st room smelled strongly of stale cigarettes... More

Good clean efficient hotel but value isn't quite there. Should be priced at around $85 per night. Overpriced, overpriced, overpriced, overpriced, overpriced, overpriced, overpriced, overpriced, overpriced, overpriced.

We belong to LaQuinta Elite status. We have stayed in some really nice ones and a few real dogs. We have traveled back and forth from Houston to Tucson for 25 years. This 'old' motel was reliably affordable, clean, with comfortable beds and adequate, If not hot breakfast. Unfortunately, since the oil boom it has become more and more beat... More

Positives, LQ good beds, clean nicely organized breakfast area, wifi Negatives, filthy walkways, stairwells, exteriors of the hotel. Dirty carpets, walls, floors. Our sheets had stains on the spreads and sheets(will be added to the hotel pics section) noisy. As this hotel can charge outrageous prices due to the oil company business in the area. Some of these workers have... More

we have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years on our annual trip to San Antonio. since last year they raised the price from $56 to $118 a night. they did no improvements. the tub leaked, the lightbulbs were missing, the bedspread had been walked on, the breakfast had black bananas and the hard boiled eggs were raw.

This has got to be the most disgusting La Quinta in the US. First the room stunk of stale cigarettes. Drapes. ..bedding, everything. Even the windows had a film on them. The carpet was dirty:my husband walked around barefooted and noticed his feet bottoms were literally black the next morning. I could barely sleep, it stunk so bad. Lucky, one... More

Poorly maintained and long overdue for an update. Well "ravaged" by prior guests. The room cost was $165.00 Overall, it was probably worth only $60.00 for the night. Towels and washcloths were "paper thin". Carpet was very dirty.

This hotel is under construction, and although open, is still charging a rate based on the 'boom pricing' in the area. Seek other accommodations, until construction/renovations are complete. The staff had no record of my reservation, made prior to arriving at the property, several days before. As a consequence, the rate I had to pay, did not match the rate... More

After driving 6 hours thru snow and ice we arrived at the la quinta to be check in and went to our room. We had neither wi fi or Tv working. Because only one person was on duty I did not report the situation. Looking forward to a good breakfast I found only boil eggs, waffle and Danish. Usually at... More

We can hear our neighbors shower and worse. Walls and doors paper thin. Drug fumes kept us awake and gave us headaches. Not our usual nice La Quinta stay. I think they need to build a new hotel in Fort Stockton. No fixing this one.
