Very clean and nice hotel. The check in/check out was quick. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing is that they charged my card $25.00 for incidentals, which I didn't have any, and 3 days after check out, the charge has not been credited. This property should review their pets policy. We made reservations on line, checked in, and when told of the $250.00 pet fee, opted to cancel and find another hotel. We were informed that cancellations must be made with 24 hours notice.

I travel a lot on business and this hotel has the worst customer service I have seen. There were issues prior to my arrival. This was our 2nd stay here for family visits. Found it to be clean and the staff helpful. The breakfast was fairly simple but enough to fill us. This Best Western is a big improvement over some I have seen. I will stay here again.

I found that the check in was quick, friendly and real quality service. The beds are awesome. My mornings and evenings were greeted by the front desk staff and they were very cheerful. The parking area was clean and plentiful. There was definitely plenty of towels and pillows.

Friendly staff. Clean, quiet, and comfortable room. We had a great night's sleep. Lots of pillows on a great bed. Coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator. New shower. Large towels and plenty of them. Name brand shampoo and lotion - they even provided mouthwash.

Employees were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was Cold....... No extra pillows for the couch bed!! So bring your OWN!!! Housekeeping wasn't all that friendly. Desk clerks were very kind!!! Bed was NOT comfortable at all!!! Worst night sleep in a hotel ever.
