Of all the hotels in Eagle Pass, this would be your safest bet. The surroundings aren't much to look at, but the inside of the hotel is what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express, and after staying in this particular one several times over the years, I've really had no complaints. more

Pros: 1. Big continental breakfast offered here: cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, waffles (the kind you pop in a toaster), plus all the usual suspects. This room also doubles as a sort of lounge area, with a big screen TV against one wall, surrounded by several chairs and a couch. Very comfortable. 2.
