Nice hotel with nice service, I had been driving most of the day and 7 days into a driving trip, staying at Hampton most of the time, so the Garden Inn was a nice change. It is located next to the freeway and has a good restaurants near by. I ate at Rona's Italian upon recommendation from the hotel staff,

The bed was soooooo comfortable. You simply sunk into the comfort of the mattress and pillow. The is the most comfort I have experienced in a long time. My stay was wonderful and look forward to staying again and again.

Is expensive to the service, And the breakfast is 10 more .bucks, cookies not always available I dont recommendto any body, i went in the night asking fro water they 2 bucks and she didn't give me the bottle ubtul i brought the money from the room, instead the room is costin 150$/night

Staff was very unresponsive to issues. This is a no smoking hotel yet guests were smoking in their rooms and the staff did nothing about it. The door to my room was open on the first night of check in, the housekeeping services were sub-par. Don't expect to have soap in your room or have it made up daily.

over all it was good, other then no hot water the first morning and the food was not good at all, not even the desert. they did not have much to offer for food choices. the room was clean, internet was very slow to load. could not even watch any online videos due to the slowness of the internet.

Came in at 9;55 pm due to Airport delays. Was hungry and the clerk told ne the restaraunt would be closing soon and told me he would watch my bags and go place my order than check into my room and the food would be ready when I got back.

lobby and restaurant ok. Rooms worn out and dated. expected more based on past experience with Hilton Garden Inn. Send many of my customers there currently. Probably will rethink that decision. Location is really good. Very convenient to our business location. Easy access to I-20. Area near Duncanville needs a higher quality property than this one.

Aaron (not sure of spelling of his name), at check in, changed my room and helped me decide which room to choose. Also needed to change the choc covered strawberries since my girlfriend doesn't like chocolate and can't eat dairy products. This is a typical Garden Inn. The room was comfy and clean. The shower was clogged, but I fixed it (gross but sometimes best to just handle yourself instead of waiting). I liked the fitness room, but the tv was placed in a corner in back of all the workout equipment. Strange.... This hotel hosts a lot of local events... More

Room clean and tidy. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Would stay again. I did not like the soft pillows on the bed nor that I could not control the room temp. The breaksfast menu had something for everyone plenty of items to choose from.
