This was probably a nice hotel about 5 years ago, but the current owners seem to care more about lining their wallets than providing their guests with a nice place to stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The design of the room was inconvient. The sink was in the sleeping area. There was no lid on the toliet, thus no place to lay clothes while in the tub/shower. And the design of the toliet made the flushing of it sound like a bomb was exploding .... more

This may be a 100 percent smokefree property but is about 40 percent cleaned daily. It looks good from the outside but it looks dirty from point of entry. We stayed here while visiting our son who is a student at UNT. the room was clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was much better than what we expected for a continental breakfast. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great place to relax at the end of a busy day. The staff members were friendly and very helpful... more

I usually stay at the Comfort Suites, because I have a child who attends UNT. Nice place, close to UNT, good breakfast. more
