I have stayed at the Anatole many times and have always enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean, the amenities are nice, and the restaurants/lounges are FANTASTIC. I have never really had any complaints and therefore have never dealt with customer service at the hotel before, but today I had a big reservation issue (booking through a third party), and... more

I stayed at the Hilton Anatole when attending a conference at the hotel. My room in the Atrium section was spacious and had a bed and furniture in good condition and apparently updated decor. Tiny, tiny bathroom revealed the hotel's bones from the '70s. A lengthy hike separated most of the guest rooms from the elevators. Lots of walking was... more

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas recently for our 20th Anniversary. We haven't stayed there in many years, and we were both very impressed with the new guest rooms. The valet and check in service were fantastic, but our dinner in Nana was one we will NEVER forget. From the time we walked in the... more

Decent business hotel. Stayed in atrium section. I imagine rooms are nicer in tower but was given an atrium room upon check-in. Pros - - Decent Rooms. Looked relatively new. - Nice grounds - Great gym. Free as a hilton silver member but may have a cost otherwise. - Good conference facilities - Mexican restaurant was good Cons - Nothing... more

I wasn't paying for the room, so all it had to do was meet my clean and quiet requirements. It did that. The pros-- The sleeping/work area was well arranged and sized. My king room had 2 low back easy chairs, one foot stool, one desk chair with desk, one visitor chair, and a bench at the end of the... more

This hotel definitely does not that meet the standards of a four star hotel. I already had a bad impression when I called the hotel to confirm my reservation, the man that picked up the phone was short and rude said I had to call Price Line if that is where I booked it from. That sounded rather odd to... more

I stayed here for one night in Apr 2009 at the start of a business trip. Booked it on Priceline the day of - got a $70 rate for a 4-star hotel - total was $88 including fees. The hotel itself is huge and very very nice - rooms were immaculately clean and newly decorated. Everything went smoothly as far... more

The Hilton Anatole is a huge, but lovely hotel in Dallas. You must have a car if you wish to see anything or go anywhere. We took a cab to the wine store and it cost $20. The rooms are usually a pretty far walk from the meeting space and lobby. The conference food was poor, at best. The service... more

My wife and I stayed here on valentines day. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice in comparison to other hotels i've stayed at in dallas. It is right across the freeway(I35) from the American Airlines Center and approx 2-3 miles from downtown. We wanted to eat at NaNa's, which I've heard is one of the prestigous restaurants in... more

Right off the bat (at 8am) we had to deal with a miserable front desk clerk. I'd been on a 6 hour red-eye and was not in the mood. The next treat was a mile long walk to my room, which had a view of the a/c unit and three walls of the adjoining building. I did not fly 1500... more
