Don't let the bad reviews scare you, this is a fantastic hotel. Anyone who doesn't like this hotel must be used to staying at the Ritz or maybe can afford a $1,000 a night hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly at this hotel. They truly made my stay enjoyable. I stayed 4 nights in the Westin Galleria. All was perfect, the service, food, location....all. Very safe hotel in the best area for someone who wants to shop like me. The hotel is newly renovated with a dual head shower. The rooms are large with a great TV. It is attached to a mall so in the summer 100+ degree weather you can go for a walk and find plenty of restaurants. more

I stayed here for one night with my family. I am a frequent traveller and usually stay in Four Seasons, St Regis, Ritz-Carlton, etc. I know that there is quite a difference between these hotels and the Westin.
