We came home to Dallas for a wedding and decided to stay at the Mansion instead of with family. It was the best decision that we could have made. After having lived in Dallas for 28 years, I had no idea that there was a place that was so serene and beautfiul. Had I known, I might have picked this... more

Upon arriving at the Mansion, we were very impressed with the greeting we received from staff including the Front door, Check-in Service and Concierge. After that, the service was poor to average. It was definately not five star service in the restaurant or the patio, where we had long waits to receive drinks. The staff were not educated on the... more

The Mansion is not the newest with its kind of crooked architecture but it is certainly one of my favourite in Dallas. For some reason it has a very local feeling & an amazing service. The location is great, you can actually walk to places if you wish to = luxury in the US! The gym is not big but... more

We LOVED this hotel. We've stayed in many 5 stars the world over, and we honestly think this is probably the best experience we've ever had. We showed up in a beaten up old airport van with all of our snowboarding luggage, and they were even nicer to us than those guests stepping out of their Ferraris! They made our... more

We chose this hotel strictly from the internet and online reviews and were not disappointed. It is very reminiscant of the Valencia Hotel in San Diego. It is a bit tired in some areas but the bones are there. The restaurant food is top notch as is the service. The overall atmosphere is very friendly. They aim to please and... more

I stayed at the Mansion for a long Memorial Day weekend. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was immaculate and well cared for. The only suggestion I would have for the hotel is that for a 5 star hotel they really should have updated televisions. Even basic Hilton's have flat screens in them! Other than that the stay was perfect! more

My husband and I just spent our anniversary at the Mansion on Turtle Creek. Let me just say, OMG! We have stayed at the Mansion several times and have NEVER been disappointed. This time we got the "Escape to Romance" package that includes practically everything you could do possibly do in a one night stay! And when the Mansion offers... more

This is a great hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, well-appointed. The service was just plain impeccable. The ONLY reason I did not give it a solid five stars was suggested in some other reviews: it could use a bit of updating. Everything in our room worked perfectly, but the fixtures in the tub and shower were showing a bit... more

Had a fantastic 20th wedding anniversary at this wonderful hotel- starting with the valet parking attendants who didn't let a drop of rain hit my head as I departed my car at the front door to the wonderful receptionist at the front desk (who upgraded us to a premiere room) to the manager who had left us a hand-written note... more
