“Centrally located hotel in Dallas”

This is an old hotel, BUT it is kept in very good condition. The location on LBJ Fwy (I-635) and Central Expressway (I-75), makes it attractive. “I was underwhelmed...”

I stayed there recently for a business trip. The rooms were adequate, but the overall feel of the hotel was decidedly tired. It didn't help that the location is absolutely terrible. There's really no opportunity to walk around the neighborhood. This is especially unfortunate when you consider how crappy the exercise facility is.

We booked this thru Hotwire, price was good value, but the location of the hotel wasn't great. Located right on a major freeway that is under construction was the first draw back. “Once Again a Great Stay”

Once again, almost everything was right at the Westin Park Central. I typically stay on weekends when the Club is closed. It might as well have been this trip as well. “Very comfortable beds, good location”

Beautiful lobby area with bar and restaurant, soaring ceilings. Room was clean and modern, very comfy bed. Pool area on roof was nice, but there were a few leaves floating in the pool and the temperature could have been a few degrees warmer. All in all a nice hotel close to Galleria.

“Good, but tricky location”

Wifi signal was not available in my rooms. Staff (Mr. Younis) was very helpful and moved me to another room. Pool was dirty... complained twice... Breakfast was average... Location is a bit tricky as it is just off 635... lots of traffic

“Wrong room with a bad smell”

How can a 17 story hotel be over sold on a Wednesday night? Exactly! I book online only to arrive to be given the wrong room as they are oversold. I then get to the room and it smells old and moldy. Guess I am not staying here again!
