I recently stayed at the Hyatt and noticed that they have upgraded the rooms. I had a really good stay, however, be prepared to pay slightly higher prices for food and drinks. Also valet is $25/night. I purchased a normal razor in the gift shop for $18, so dont forget your toiletries. Really nice and large sports bar. Overall, good... More

Big conference style hotel.........mainly suited to business travellers IMO. It’s big with over 1000 rooms (I think) and very modern and stylish but unless you need to be in the local of the 6th floor depository museum I’d have to say I would go to a smaller hotel with a little more personality and character. The staff were very polite... More

This hotel is very big, overall a nice hotel, the staff is excellent - very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I give the average rating is because of the noise, we stayed on the 15th floor, opposite side of the city view - Highway view - the noise from the highway at night was enough to wake us up... We were traveling with our 7 & 8 yr old so so they put us on the 19th floor with a great view of the city. The boys loved it! I called guest services for extra pillows and a fan and they were knocking on our door within 5 minutes. Great service. Hotel was very clean and modern!

This was the location to stay for our school residency for a week. We had a discounted rate which helped as well as me finding a roommate. It was clean and comfy. Bring snacks because the food there is pricey!!! Water is about $3 a bottle and very small items are so overpriced. Other than that It was great. I... More

but if you're interested in a serious workout during your stay, pick a different place to stay. Much of the equipment was busted. Hotel location is a bit of a hike (10-20 mins) in Dallas summer temperatures to find a place to eat, so use that for excercise instead ...

We stayed at the Hyatt as a treat for our teenage daughter who wanted to go shopping in Dallas and have dinner at Reunion Tower. We were very impressed with the hotel as a whole but there were a couple things that were not so good. I wondered why there were no pictures of the swimming pool online and I... More

The hotel is spacious and the decor is nice. I particularly enjoyed the large atrium where the restaurants and bar are, and the room was spacious. Bathroom a bit small for two, but well set up with a spacious shower recess instead of a bath. We found that the atmosphere in the lobby frequently induced allergy attacks, perhaps from the... More

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in during a conference. The rooms were modern, clean and have a great view. When we checked in the desk attendant was helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they asked what side of the building we would like ( quiet or city view ) and since we were at the... More

Very spacious open atrium to the 15th floor or so. Unique. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. Breakfast buffet was very good, cook to order exceptional. We also ate at the other restaurant in the hotel. I had the beef tip special that was very good. Waiter was very good as well. Concierge was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond... More
