We had a room on the fifth floor and we heard no trains or airplanes which some people complain about. Actually once we were in the room we heard nothing from ourside the room and I usually have to sleep with ear plugs. Everyone was pleasant and eager to please us. more

After reading the previous reviews I was a bit concerned. However, once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. I had a very discounted rate and expected to get the worst room in the house, I was pleasantly surprised to have a lovely quiet room on the 21st floor. The beds and linens were wonderful! The lamps were a bit dusty,... more

I had to go to Dallas for work so I decided to spend the weekend there as well. The hotel is right there in downtown area. I took a shuttle (it's nice and quick, so much cheaper than taking a cab with easily cost 40 bucks. The shuttle cost 20 bucks only) and it only take ~ 20 minutes to... more

Won this on Priceline for $50 a nite, so took the sting out of paying the $19 parking fee. Let's face it, any major chain in any major city is going to nickel and dime you to death, so it should be no surprise. (Parking fee here is a double whammy, because there is really nothing much within walking distance).... more

Had to stay near the airport, so this was very convenient. But, know you have to take the airport shuttle to get there (its not connected to the airport like the other Hyatt) and it is noisy. You do hear the planes taking off. Food is surprisingly good. Hotel staff helpful. more

This venue was a dream from a meeting planners standpoint. The space was great and the staff was AMAZING. Wish every city had the Hyatt Regency Dallas staff in it! more

I have high standards when I travel since I am myself am in the tourism field and have a degree in tourism. I had booked on priceline and was not disappointed! Sure, its $ 20 a night to valet park, but we went in mulitple times per day, and our car was always ready within minutes. Not only that, but... more

Want to have a romantic evening downtown? Beautiful view and friendly, professional staff - but, it stopped there. The room: If the roar and honks of trains roaring by your room soothes you, then this is your place. Amenities: The lotion, shampoo, and conditioner supplied had a fragrance that will be with me forever - not in a nice way.... more

For the second time this year I had a weekend work/pleasure trip to Dallas. Last time I stayed at the Hilton Anatole, and this time I stayed at the Hyatt Regency, some of my comments are comparisons. I got a great deal on this room at $50/night + tax. They get you on the parking, though....$20 per day for Valet.... more

I actually got a great price for this hotel on priceline. I stayed 4 nights at $60 a night. I was very excited until I found out the parking situation. I was told I could either pay $10 each time I entered the garage or $20 a day for valet. the room was small and outdated. the air conditioner never... more
