I have stayed at this hotel 8-10 times over the years and we always enjoy our stay. It appears that the rooms have been refurbished since our last stay- very nice! It's a five minute cab ride to the West End District, full of restaurants, shopping, etc.

Recently spent 3 nights at the Hyatt for a conference and found it well appointed with helpful staff. The rooms offer multiple pillow options, functional desks and space to spread out. I was on the 11th floor and the noise from the lounge area below the open atrium easily carried to my room. The hotel is in walking distance to... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I have stayed at this hotel before and I love the modern rooms and the city view. The staff is always very professional and welcoming. The rooms are open, well lit (yes, that's a big deal to me), well appointed, and spacious. Admittedly, I am one of the bar patrons and can... More

My sisters and I stayed at this location during a recent trip to Dallas. I had been to the hotel for a conference but had not seen the rooms before this. I was more than pleased with the room and the amenities associated with the room. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The décor was classy and... More

I was in this hotel for 3 nights for a conference. The hotel is known for conventions, and did a really good job of getting people in their rooms. The food, and staff were great, as well as the rooms were modern. BUT, it has two pretty big flaws. When I checked in the front desk asked if I wanted... More

Stayed here for four nights. Excellent city facing room, which had been arranged for us by e-mail, great service from the moment we checked in and top class facilities. Situated within walking distance of Dealey Plaza and the West End district, plus the hotel has it's own access to Union station for the Dart/TRE network. Breakfast buffet is extensive and... More

we stayed at the Hyatt due to a sports event and although the hotel has over 1000 rooms, its service is spotless. The rooms are very modern, we were able to get a room with a gorgeous view. Guest Service was always attentive and courteous, same with front desk. Must visit the tower! Great view of Dallas, choose a clear... More

My hubby and I just returned from a road trip to visit our Navy Pilot son in Kingsville and stopped in Dallas for the night. I treated myself to an evening of sipping bourbon to the bar while watching the old season 3 of Dallas. This property is featured during opening credits. Great property EXCEPT the pool is pathetic. It's... More

We stayed at the Hyatt Reunion for the Final Four. The hotel handled the crowds very well and kept things clean and moving. The restaurants were good although Parrino's had some pretty weak pizza. The rooms are typical Hyatt - not super-luxe but acceptable and clean and well maintained. The lobby bar was very loud at night but most of... More

We were in Dallas for the Rock and Roll half marathon and wanted to be near the start. As Hyatt Platinum members the ability to get a late check out made the Hyatt the logical choice (given the rate was fair as well) over the other hotels near the start. We stayed two nights over the weekend. Unfortunately, the hotel... More
