Location is good but a little hard to navigate if your not familiar with Dallas. I had high expectations but room was just so-so. Completely let down by accommodations. The staff was ok but nobody went out of their way. Food was just ok.

Was for meeting n had a hypoallergenic room. Was clean n non hotel smelling so slept well. Air purifier helps drown out noise too. Event food was quite good as was wifi. Dallas is a strange city with many office buildings n few pedestrians so hotel is not close to central business district.

Spent 5 nites here as a part of a sales meeting. Check-in started off with a slow line, but realized why when I got to the counter. Very meticulous, verified all preferences. Excellent rooms, great service, central location for downtown Dallas. Buffet breakfast (if you buy with room) for four people is 20 more USD, works out perfact. Workout and swimming pool is good as well. Valet service is also very good. Only room service is somewhat slow.

The hotel is in a perfect location for attending conferences at the convention center. It is adjoining the reunion tower which has rotating restaurants including that of Wolfgang Puck. The stay was perfect. Rooms are very spacious and clean with automated shades and blinds.

The staff was very courteous... vallet was prompt. Room was beautiful!! I was upset before we went bc of not being about to change my room. When we got to the hotel they were very helpful. The front desk was kind. I am very impressed and appreciate the friendliness of everyone.... Thanks... we will be back for sure!!!
