The Hyatt Reunion hosted my cousin's wedding reception and housed the guests. Rooms were nice, with good black out window shades to deflect the 103 degree Dallas summer. The wedding reception was great. It did not feel like a typical hotel ballroom. The only negative was the in-room wifi. I got it free as a Platinum member, but it did... More

Very disappointing. I came for a business meeting. The place was overrun with Mary Kay and inadequate staff to handle it. They are there for 5 solid weeks - if they want other business, then they need to show it. At valet, they told me to call a particular extension to pick up my car but they forward the number... More

I booked a Deluxe King Room with downtown Dallas view. The room was very decent and the view was nice. This hotel is massive and very busy. If you get a room above the restaurants and bar it might get a bit loud… Good thing is, if you want to have a bite there you have several options. To get... More

The Hyatt was extremely accommodating to us Mary Kay girls and they rolled out the red carpet for us for sure! They truly gave us #1 customer service and even had fun little hotspots for #hashtags where we could post our experience at the hotel and their TVs throughout the hotel would show all our cute pictures. Hyatt sure knows... More

I stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas each year when I come to the Mary Kay Seminar. Staff is friendly & professional. Food at Centennial Café is very good. The hotel is in great condition(love the new electric blinds in the rooms) (the pool could be bigger), the location is perfect, just a short walk to everything. the reason this... More

Excellent place to stay , I would high recommend friends family and colleges to stay here, very clean, very convince close to any place in Dallas especially the convention center, the only thing they didn't have was free wifi.

Lovely hotel with excellent customer service. I was impressed over and over again with the genuine care each employee had for my experience at the Hyatt. From the bellmen to the front desk to the wait staff in restaurants on the second floor. I was especially impressed with Chris at Parinos Oven. He went to great lengths to make sure... More

A renovated convention hotel. This place is huge. Though it is generally clean and has a number of amenities, nothing wowed me. Rooms are comfortable and spacious (plus) with good bathrooms. I appreciated the earplugs and electric blinds on the windows. The food at the various restaurants was overpriced and mediocre. The workout facilities could have been worse but also... More

Highly recommend! Great room, crazy comfortable bed, friendly hospitable staff...no complaints. Just need an exhaust fan in bathroom and a bit chilly in Hotel common areas, but besides that, you guys are rockin!! Great job, Hyatt!!

My wife and I stay at the Dallas Hyatt each year when we come to the Mary Kay Seminar. The condition of the hotel, the service and the location are perfect for us. I travel a lot and we've stayed in another hotel in downtown Dallas. I have nothing but praise for the management and staff of this hotel.
