After reading the previous reviews I was a bit concerned. However, once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. I had a very discounted rate and expected to get the worst room in the house, I was pleasantly surprised to have a lovely quiet room on the 21st floor. The beds and linens were wonderful! The lamps were a bit dusty,... more

Won this on Priceline for $50 a nite, so took the sting out of paying the $19 parking fee. Let's face it, any major chain in any major city is going to nickel and dime you to death, so it should be no surprise. (Parking fee here is a double whammy, because there is really nothing much within walking distance).... more

Had to stay near the airport, so this was very convenient. But, know you have to take the airport shuttle to get there (its not connected to the airport like the other Hyatt) and it is noisy. You do hear the planes taking off. Food is surprisingly good. Hotel staff helpful. more

This venue was a dream from a meeting planners standpoint. The space was great and the staff was AMAZING. Wish every city had the Hyatt Regency Dallas staff in it! more

For the second time this year I had a weekend work/pleasure trip to Dallas. Last time I stayed at the Hilton Anatole, and this time I stayed at the Hyatt Regency, some of my comments are comparisons. I got a great deal on this room at $50/night + tax. They get you on the parking, though....$20 per day for Valet.... more

I actually got a great price for this hotel on priceline. I stayed 4 nights at $60 a night. I was very excited until I found out the parking situation. I was told I could either pay $10 each time I entered the garage or $20 a day for valet. the room was small and outdated. the air conditioner never... more

Disappointed considering the cost of rooms and it being a Hyatt. Stayed here for a conference but would never pay to stay here out of pocket as it's not worth the price. I stayed here for two nights and although my room/bathroom was cleaned after the first night, I was not given new supplies for the bathroom which has never... more

I was attending a professional meeting at the Convention Centerand was assigned this hotel, which was our headquarters hotel. It was close to the Conv. Center, but we had shuttles, so I am not sure about the walk. Suggestions in the reviews were great. I asked for a room away from the railroad tracks and not on the atrium. Someone... more

This Hyatt used to be one of the better ones. Unfortunately, it has allowed time to pass it by. Service is slow - at check-in at 7 pm, one clerk was staffing while 9 people waited in line. Apparently, the bad economy means that hotels like this are cutting staff. Worse yet is the loud nature of this hotel. Other... more

This hotel is directly across from Union Station in downtown Dalls which means that there are both freight and commuter trains running in front of the hotel 24 hours a day 7 days a week; each time a commuter train enters the station it blows its horn apparently for saftey reasons; so unless you like trains, book an even-numbered room... more
