I hadn't been to this hotel in over 10 years and it was pleasant surprise to see the hotel in such good condition. The rooms were up-to-date and modern. We had an executive king room that was very spacious and clean. Overall, we had a great stay and absolutely loved the dining experience at Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck!

My stay at Hyatt Regency Dallas (downtown) was very comfortable. All staff were very helpful and friendly. I would like to add that the housekeeper I had on 2 of the 4 days (KaQuanda) I stayed was extremely sweet and a very hard worker. The others were good too, but she took extra special care and went above and beyond... More

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas was enjoyable. The conference facilities were great. The room was clean and had plenty of room. The food in the Centennial Café was good off the menu but the buffet was just okay.

A welcomed return to one of our favorite hotels. The Hyatt is a full service hotel with emphasis on service. You will want for nothing while staying in the heart of Dallas. Be sure to request a city view room to experience the fabulous lights of the city. Then head to the observation deck of the Reunion Tower for an... More

Great location, the staff from valet to in room dining were all professional and friendly. Great view and the rooms were spacious and clean. The Gift shop and coffee shop were opened early which made it convenient for me before I had to head out.

The room was very nice, very clean and everything is updated, including all bathroom fixtures. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and quiet with the exception of traffic noise from the nearby highway - although it sounded like white noise so not a major issue. Great location, restaurant staff was very friendly - the rest of... More

I confess that I didn't go outside since it was well over 100 degrees, but fortunately, my room was spacious and nicely furnished. However, the location is odd: right next to - and possibly on top of? - a train station. A busy one. Maybe a combination of passenger rail and light rail. Or everyone in Texas actually travels by... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas. Despite the reviews about the noise from the trains, it did not interfere with our sleep at all. We had a city view room on the 10th Floor (overlooking the train station) and rarely ever heard the trains at night. The windows are covered with heavy curtains, along with... More

We love staying at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Their staff is always hospitable and anxious to satisfy their customers. We try to come every year for our anniversary unless we have another tripped planned. Then we will choose another time in the year to visit. Love this hotel.

I stay at the Hyatt each July for a business seminar. This isn't the kind of hotel I would normally stay in (due to cost), but I do love this place! The service is excellent, the rooms have been renovated over the past couple years and are very clean. The front desk staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping staff... More
