Staff was not friendly during check-in. Once getting my room, i was very hesitant about staying because the grounds were not well maintained. There are not any restaurants that are close to the hotel. if you don't want to drive, you must order in for dinner.The breakfast buffet was mediocre. The exercise room had one tread mill and one precore and a couple of weights. All in all, just an average place with a higher than average price.

A very tired facility that has had a marginal refurbishment.

I was disappointed from the start! The staff was less than friendly. We requested a non-smoking room and the room smelt like a bar! The place looked like old apartments that were semi-remolded into suites. Frankly I am surprised that the name Hawthorn and Windham are on this property.
