I took my family to Dallas for a wedding and we always try to stay at Embassy Suites. I read these reviews after my wife made the reservations and was a bit nervous. However, the renovations are complete now and the new ownership has brought this hotels back up to the excellent Hilton standards. The location while right by a... more

I stayed at this hotel 3 weeks ago and it was a disaster. They are claiming that the room they gave me is newly-renovated. Renovated??Hello???! The room was horrible! The furniture are tacky. They are uncomfortable, disgusting and cheap-looking. Also, the room was not properly cleaned - there are hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast area was filthy! The parking... more

I was booked in this hotel for three nights, but could only take it for one. I agree with another reviewer that this hotel does not meet Hilton standards and I cannot understand how it can have an “Embassy Suites” sign on the front. I arrived very late and entered my room which was reeked of stale cigarette smoke, moisture... more

I booked this hotel on the Hilton website assuming this was up to Hilton standards. This was not even up to Motel 6 standards. The room smelled of disinfectant, the heating/air conditioning system was loud, the control impossible to manipulate, resulting in swings of temperature from hot to cold. The fan in the bathroom was so noisy it was better... more

This hotel is in HORRIBLE shape! There was blood on the walls, the TV had speakers that were blown and you couldnt change the volume to even turn it down. They replaced the TV with another piece of junk TV. I stay in the Embassy suites on purpose but I wont anymore. I told Hilton about my experience and all... more

The room I got was OK. It is standard suite from an Embassy Suites. The hotel is generally clean except the underground garage, which is a little too smelly and dirty for me. It is located at the intersection of major freeways so the noise is a given. But I slept OK. Some of things inside need major improvement. Like... more

My wife and I went to the hotel thinking that it would be a quite getaway from fireworks in our neighborhood on New Year's Eve. Boy were we wrong. The hotel is open in the middle, so all of the noise from the lobby, restaurant, etc. is heard by every room in the hotel. There were people yelling, loud blow... more

As other reviewers have stated, this hotel is a somewhat "older" model Embassy Suites that has been allowed to become a bit frayed in some respects. Shame on Hilton for not doing a better job of maintaining and updating the property because the hotel still has the potential to be awesome, much more so than many "newer" model Embassy Suites... more

The room I was in the first night (426)had mold growing in the bathroom, ceiling had apparent water damage and the sinks overflowed at 730 in the morning. The second room (427) was about the same and smelled of smoke (I didn't realize how bad until I got home and all my clothes had a lot of smoke odor. Happy... more
