The service was fine...the room was nice. It was fairly clean and hotel was well kept. The front elevator was broken when we were there, but not that big of a deal to us. This is the first Springhill Suites I've seen that has a cocktail hour. There are food and drinks every week day from 5-7pm. Most days the food is simple with one hot appetizer, chips, crackers, and snack mix. On Tuesdays, they have a dinner entree and salad. Drinks include beer, wine, and soda. Attended a training class at this hotel. I enjoyed the room, the food and the staff. I'm not too crazy about the location. The pool and other amenities were nice. The evening cookies were delicious. I will be back for another class and look forward to another comfortable stay. more
