Good location, easy access to restaurants. Hotel is in serious need of renovation. Mattress quality is horrible. Rooms are small but clean. The lobby restaurant/bar has good selection for breakfast. Self park at the garage accross the street it will cost you $12 not $20 for valet and the car will be parked at the same place. We requested a... More

I stayed at the Indigo the weekend of the Kiss/Def Leppard concert. The room was a little small but it was super clean. The floors are hard wood and the beds are so comfortable. The valet staff was awesome. We were in and out quite a bit that weekend. They were very cheerful and helpful. Only one elevator was working,... More

2 out of 3 elevators out of order. No King Suites due to cleaning at 4:30pm. People being arrested outside the hotel. Room was filthy and noisy. Small rooms, parking was $12 a night. Will not stay here again.

Checked in on Friday the 12th to the Indigo in Downtown Dallas. My stay here was fine, but I would probably spend an extra 20-30 on a slighter better ranked hotel next time and would suggest same to others. Its the little things that make for a great hotel experience and unfortunately I just felt this hotel fell short with... More

As a loyal IHG guest, I try to stay at affiliated hotels. I stayed at this Indigo several years ago and have not returned since. I was reminded why I have stayed away during my visit this week. There is no place to work. The rooms are filled with cheap, brightly colored furniture that is terribly uncomfortable to sit in.... More

I and another person shared a room at the Hotel Indigo, Downtown Dallas, TX on June 26-28th, 2014. First off the phone reservation agent was TERRIFIC! Nice, warm, cracked jokes to make me feel normal (smile). I was pleasantly surprised. After making my reservations like a month in advance for a convention, I felt at ease. Once we arrived I... More

Nice hotel with cute, boutiquie rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and very attentive. Parking is right across the road but we ended up walking everywhere (most of downtown is less than a mile away). If you're looking for a no-over-the-top hotel, this is the one for you.

if you are going to an event at the Majestic Theater, this is the closest hotel. It's an older property - first Hilton in the country - but the renovation is thoughtful and stylish. The room was small but extremely comfortable, more like staying in the well-appointed guest bedroom of a friend who loved Pottery Barn style and had thought... More

These rooms are on the small side, but they're affordable and comfortable. It's a typical boutique hotel...unusual sizes, closets made out of odd places, small bathrooms. But if you're looking for a chain where everything is the same, this probably isn't your place. Pro's: (1) Great onsite restaurant...the food, especially for a hotel, was reasonably priced and quite good. The... More

There was a peculiar sewer-like smell at the entrance though not noticed inside the hotel but was not the best welcome. The room was smaller than other rooms on the tour and there was a noisy air-conditioning plant outside the window. The walls were very thin so I could hear what was happening in the next room. On the other... More
