From beginning to end we were pleased and treated well by all staff members (bar, restaurant, front desk, valet). We stayed on the top floor 1408 facing elm street. You can hear some downtown activity (weekend) but by 12 it was pretty much quiet. The room was nice, clean and comfy. The bathroom was small but for boutique hotels this... More

I was very impressed by this hotel. The room was immaculate and I love the beachy decor. The staff were incredible, providing exceptional and friendly service. The hotel facilities are great and they even provide a free shuttle service which is very useful. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk from the iconic free trolley to the West Village and... More

With few exceptions, this was a great property. I did not go straight to excellent, because a few things were bothersome. First, it gets hot in Texas, it is not appropriate to have an automatic setting which turns the air conditioning off every 20-30 minutes if there is no movement in the room. I'm all for energy conservation, but if... More

This was my first time at an Indigo Hotel, so it took some getting used to. My first impression was that I was in Never Never Land. Hallway ceilings painted blue with clouds, room walls were bright yellow, the headboard was in the style of a picket fence. Once all these novelties settled in, the room was very comfortable (interesting... More

In a part of Dallas where there are lots of other brands and lots of upscale options, the indigo offers a comfortable, clean, and friendly stay at a very nice price. They offer similar ammenities for a third of the cost. Of course when the cost isn't as high, there is room for improvements. The wireless was incredibly slow ajd... More

Penguinsfan14-Thank you for the response. I will touch base with the company that provides our internet service. We installed a highly rated system a year ago to handle internet service. The system constantly scans itself to montior for any issues that can impact guest satisfaction. I will get in touch with this company and have them check every access point.... More

I loved this hotel. Let me start off by saying I read all the other trip advisor reviews before I booked. My main concern was the chime from the elevator waking me up. I emailed the hotel my concern and they responded the same day and let me know they had booked me in a suite away from the elevator.... More

I booked with Hotel Indigo through a Groupon for a girls weekend getaway with some close friends. I am sure that the hotel gets quite a bit of traffic due to its location & therefore you will undoubtedly face noise complaints. Our experience staying in this hotel was less than pleasant, I am sorry to say. When I checked in... More

CCollins100308-Thank you for the review. My first contact regarding your stay was from a roomate in your room. I stayed at Hotel Indigo in downtown Dallas this past week because it is in close walking distance to the US Department of Education Dallas Regional Training Facility. My room was big and so beautiful. And, not only is it a beautiful hotel that is well-maintained and kept very clean, but the employees are the kindest. Shanda at the front... More

This is called a boutique hotel because it is smaller and has more character than some huge chains. It was a very friendly place to stay and well located downtown. Very friendly and knowledgeable personnel. Computers in lobby to check email and print boarding passes, etc. Criticisms were minor: Breakfast was extra and choices were limited. No mirrors outside of... More

The front desk and help in general couldn't have been better. My room was very comfortable. and clean. The location is pretty good, at the edge of the Main Street area but easily walkable to many different places and the hotel shuttle service is very good. Free internet access and a few computers in the lobby with a printer make... More
