Hotel service and facilities were excellent. Restaurant wait- we went on a busy Sat. Night. Our reservation was for 845p. We were seated at 945pm. Service once we were seated was solid. Food was excellent. Drinks very good. The bar was definitely a destination spot for Dallas. Excellent outside lounge. Pool was small for a facility of this caliber. We... more

I stayed here for 3 days for business and staff were very friendly and the hotel has a very nice design. Rooms are quite standard with no extras but housekeeping and room service made an excellent job in pampering me. The room service meny is both interesting and has a good value for money. I will most remember the high... more

I travel for work, and am fortunate that I mostly end up in major U.S. cities (San Francisco, Chicago Boston, NY, etc) I am fotunate that my firm allows me to stay in good hotels. Over the last 6 months I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Dallas and it is perfect in every respect. The rooms are lovely,... more

Spent a few days there in April and the service was excellent. Got a ride in the Bentley to the sixth floor museum and they recommended palomino's next door for italian food for kids which was excellent. Swam in empty pool in evening with changing lights and enjoyed their special snack at 6 pm in foyer. Only disappointment was we... more

This was my first stay at the fairly new Ritz Carlton in Dallas. The rooms are nice and the common areas and restaurants are first-rate. It is definitely one of the best hotels in Dallas. The hotel service was what you'd expect from a top end hotel. The employees were helpful, friendly, and out-going. The room was nice. I was... more

The RC in Dallas is definitely a beautiful hotel – but I’m not sure if it is worth the price. The rooms are clean and big, but nothing spectacular. The service was great – ate at Fearings for breakfast only which was good. I was there for 3 nights on business and then my husband came up for the 4th... more

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton at Dallas for 3 nights arriving on December 31st for the Cotton Bowl game between Ole Miss and Texas Tech. I thought the RC was the best hotel we have stayed in for quite a while. We are regular RC guests and we have stayed at their properties in NYC, SF, NO, Laguna Beach,... more

Spent Christmas night here on our way to visit family. Decided to stop and take in the King Tut exhibit; booked a suite with the King Tut package. The reason for my review title is this-people, you chose to live in a hotel, so don't act all put out when hotel guests are on the premises. This was a nice... more

Two girlfriends and I stayed in a suite the weekend of 12/20. Upon their arrival, they had help with their bags, where I had to schlep my own. While the suite was quite spacious, the furnishings were miminal and more modest that I would expect at the Ritz. We were able to get down to the spa for a manicure... more
