Great location in uptown Dallas within walking distance to lots of good restaurants/McKinney St. trolley in a very nice residential area. Rooms are charming, large, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Cozy, comfortable sitting area. Good breakfast on the weekends. Parking for only 4 cars and the spaces are tight, but when I couldn't fit, owners loaned us a... More

I eally enjoyed my stay, was a little impersonal as I rarely saw the owners- during the week no breakfast is a problem and the sole reason I would not re-book to stay. The rooms are impeccable clean and comfortable and the feeling is of a very nice home- great location too!

I'm sorry that we didn't see more of you. As it often happens on weekdays when we don't serve breakfast our guests are out when we are around tidying up. We are just a phone call away if you need anything from restaurant suggestions to advice on what to do. We used to serve breakfast on weekdays but found that... More

I had a wonderful two-day stay at Bailey's Uptown Inn last week. In addition to being in a nice residential neighborhood, there are a number of good restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance and downtown is a short 10 minute walk. Andrea upgraded me to a room with a fireplace at no charge and it was lovely, quiet and... More

I wanted to stay at Bailey's Uptown Inn since I was traveling alone to Dallas for business training for a few days. My main goal was to stay somewhere safe since I was going to be traveling alone, as a young girl that's very important. I felt very safe all week, and the owners went over and beyond to make... More

We came here for our anniversary on a weekday. Bailey's was simply wonderful. It was easy to find, extremely quiet, and our room was absolutely beautiful. It was everything we would have wished for, and we would definitely come back. Note that although i rated the "fitness center" as "excellent," it was only because I had to choose one and... More

We stayed at Bailey's for 3 nights to attend a family birthday. We're from Brooklyn. We decided not to rent a car but to be in a neighborhood where we could walk almost anywhere. We loved the nearby arts district and historical cemeteries. All aspects of the stay from making arrangements to checking in and out were a breeze. The... More

I lived in Uptown Dallas for 2 years and when I had a chance to spend a weekend there, I chose Bailey's Uptown Inn for the location. The entire experience was excellent. While I did not see the proprietors during my stay, this was actually preferable as we were able to go in and out of the home, just as... More

I travel to Dallas at least once a year and the last two years I have stayed at Bailey's Uptown Inn. Bailey's was a wonderful discovery and now the only place I will stay when I visit Dallas. The building is well kept and beautiful. The services and team members are amazing. The location can not be beat. I find... More

This is such a beautiful inn. Well positioned within easy walking distance of shopping and restaruants. And the women who run it couldn't be more kind and welcoming. I was there for an unpleasant work obligation and found myself relaxed and very happy!

check in was a breeze, four of us stayed for one night while celebrating anniversary of one couple. Rooms were large and decor was very nice. Had the entire house to ourselves basically due to time of year. Owner was very helpful with any requests we had, breakfast was freshly made and wonderful. Books to read, fireplace to turn on,...
