We were in town for a family wedding in Dallas, and came across this gem when planning our visit. We were not disappointed! The inn and it's rooms are beautiful, with period furniture and a welcoming atmosphere. Chef Michael's breakfasts were amazing!! Patrick was very friendly and gave us a nice tour upon arrival, and after 4 nights staying in... More

There was a mix-up in our reservations and the owner was so helpful and accommodating, We stayed in the Dickason Suite. Very tight fit in the bathroom/shower area. Room was quiet and dark which made for easy sleeping. Breakfast was amazing - we had the veggie omelette (delish), Canadian bacon and a homemade biscuit which was a little salty. The... More

Thank you both and I'm very glad we were able to accommodate you. Come on back anytime, there's still plenty to keep you busy in Dallas. More

We were in town for a concert and museums, and the Daisy Polk Inn was conveniently located near it all. The house has been beautifully restored and has so much character. We stayed in the Reagan room in the main house, which comes with sole access to the full bath just across the hall. The room and bathroom were both... More

Thank you for the kind words Sharla. I really enjoyed our breakfast conversation and I hope you guys get to come back to Dallas soon. I forgot to mention to you both that my maternal grandmother was a Registered Dietician. More

My husband and I met at Daisy Polk Inn for Valentine's Day. The bed and breakfast is very romantic and clean. We stayed in the Reagan Room. It was comfortable and nice. Wayne, Patrick, and Michael are awesome. Such friendly people. We got to know them as well as some interesting guests. The breakfast was amazing. Michael is truly talented.... More

The customer service was good, but the restroom was dirty and the towels even dirtier. All the white towels had stains on them. It was gross. The houses were nice and location was close to gay bars. Lots of plane noise and party goers coming out of the nightclubs late at night made lots of noise too.

I am truly very sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience at the Daisy and I do wish you would have said something to us at breakfast on Sunday morning so that we could have addressed the issue directly and tried to make things right for you. We take extreme pride in the cleanliness of our establishment and would never... More

Patrick was an excellent host and super sweet too. We loved our night out and away and this place is perfectly located for walking around the Cedar Springs area. The room was clean and quiet and tub was jetted and deep. It was a great couples get-a-way that is better then a typical hotel. Breakfast was amazing, looking forward to... More

Charming, beautiful, inspiring, warm, and inviting are just a few ways to describe this architechtually significant home that has been lovingly restored to its former glory by the current owners. The room and bath we stayed in was in the main house. It was hygenically clean, impeccably appointed, and the furnishings and finishes restored back to the 1910-20's, a transitional... More

Thank you very much 214Stafford214, we absolutely love it when people take so much interest in all of the history and details of the main house. We put a lot of work into the restoration and we're proud of it. Come back whenever you have the chance. More

Went to Dallas to see Fleetwood Mac and chose the Daisy Polk for it's convenient location, only about 2 miles from the American Airlines Center. Decided to stay an extra night to make a weekend of it and so glad we did. We were met by Michael on a Saturday evening and were given the opportunity to upgrade since it... More

Stayed at Daisy Polk with a co-worker on a business trip. We're sick of hotels and thought this would be a great alternative. We were right! The hotel is not more than a few miles from Dallas Love Field airport along the same road. The proprietor met us at the house, got us logged in and we were on our... More

My partner and I had a recent stay at the Daisy Polk. It was fabulous. Enjoyed wine on the large front porch on a beautiful Fall evening. The other guests were pleasant to visit with. The chef made a remarkable breakfast (pancakes and fresh fruit). The coffee was delectable. I hate to give a review of this place from a... More
