I stayed at Hotel Palomar in Dallas for just one night over the fourth of July weekend and had a great time. Upon entering the hotel you are struck by the cool and relaxing, modern vibe of the lobby. Check in was a breeze and the room was very clean and decorated with a simple modern style. The location is... more

We spent two nights at the Hotel Palomar on a long weekend in Dallas. The location was excellent for us as the wife wanted to shop at Northpark Mall. We also enjoyed a night out downtown and on greenville ave. another evening. The location is perfect. The hotel is not much to look at from the outside, but the inside... more

We booked a room for our 5th anniversary to stay at after a day of shopping in Dallas. One of the main requirements we had was a jacuzzi tub and when we booked the room were told it had a 2 person jacuzzi however after we checked in and got to our room there was only a standard tub. Slightly... more

I can't express how very embarassed we are for our error in your room type. From what we have gathered, a part of the error was due to our reservations not being clear on the room types with a jetted tub; we have communicated this error to the reservations team for further coaching. Regardless, I'm extremely sorry we weren't able...

This was my third stay at the Palomar (business) and they still have a way to go to deliver a high level of service. When you check in, there’s always the bell staff standing around and manning the doors, but in the end I had to schlep my own bags (yet again). While they call you by name (nice), the... more

I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Dallas. Granted, I live here, but when I someday move away and then have to come back for a visit, Palomar will be my #1 choice. My husband and I stayed here after our wedding party last week and it was spectacular. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are really stylish with... more

Well, I can't tell you how much we appreciate the kudos! We're certainly glad that you enjoyed our infinity pool. And also keep in mind that for the summer months during prime hours of the day, we have a full bar set up at the pool and a menu of delicious dishes from Central 214. We'll see you soon!

We have stayed at Zaza in Dallas several times and we always loved it. For our 5th anniversary, I intended to stay there but when I came across Palomar I decided to try it out. We LOVED it. The customer service was amazing and the hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and very well decorated. I was able to arrange ahead... more

We took advantage of the Kimpton Birthday rate and spent two nights here on a mini vacation over Memorial Day. Loved the location of the hotel--really central to food, shopping etc as it is across from Mockingbird station and just a couple of exits away from Northpark Mall. Also really close to all the restaurants on Greenville and Henderson. The... more

We stayed at this hotel on a wedding group rate which was a steal! The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean and has very friendly staff. The evening wine reception was great and so was our little goldfish roommate. The bed and linens were so comfortable. We will be staying here anytime we visit Dallas. more

My wife and I stayed for three (3) nights at the Palomar, from April 16th through the 20th, as part of a wedding party. Our rate, as part of a discounted block of rooms, was $169.00 per night-- discounted to be sure, but well worth it. The Palomar is on East Mockingbird Lane, northeast of downtown, within four (4) blocks... more

We truly appreicate your positive comments! Here at Hotel Palomar Dallas, we feel that we strike a truly ideal balance. Our location places us close enough to downtown for a short cab ride, but far away enough so you can rest and restore away from the noise and bustle.

My husband and I visited Hotel Palomar Easter Weekend (April 10th and April 11th) for a stress release get-away. Overall, Hotel Palomar is a good hotel and a wonderful location, we will return again, esp. since we love the Kimpton Hotels and are 30 minutes away (Fort Worth). BUT the hotel staff (front desk) need to pay attention to the... more
