Very clean and new. Free internet, free 2.5mile shuttle. Fun & safe. I would recommend to any age group. Amazing views and service was fantastic all the staff are very helpful and happy. Stayed at the Belmont this past weekend or one night and really enjoyed the place. Modern renovated motel court in a convenient location. Did not get to eat next door, but did eat down the street at Norma's Cafe, great breakfast. The Belmont was quiet, and well designed.
