After being batted around by American Airlines I needed a room. The Hyatt was in the airport so I thought it would be the most convenient. Their prices 450 for one night was just to high for me. They sent me over by shuttle to the Hyatt Regency. Their prices are on the high side but half of the other... More

should have pointed out the automatic add-on service charge in Mister G's restaurant so I would not have added an additional tip on top of the automatically added tip. Poor service for a reputedly high end restaurant.

Let me be honest. My family stayed at the Hyatt Regency because severe storms were predicted and our nearby home would not stand much of a chance against a tornado. What to do? Well, after a brief contemplation, I realize the Hyatt Regency we pass whenever we're at the airport has a lot of (reinforced) concrete. Hmm...bet they also have... More

Great retreat for a business meeting away from the hustle of the busy airport. Rooms, including meeting rooms were extremely quiet. Did not hear the planes. Rooms were clean, staff attentive and friendly, diverse bar menu, and was allowed to check in early upon arrival and even allowed to stay late on departure day. Some of the best convention food... This is a great place to stay. Right next door to airport, shuttle to local activities, sound proof on the inside. Took us <10 min to get to airport. A first for us with the glass shower 1/2 door, nice feature along with heated floors. Would stay again. Highly recommend. Booked through Trivago.

I just spent the weekend at the Hyatt DFW attending a frequent traveler conference and found the hotel to be quite nice and convenient to DFW. The rooms were updated with nice finishes and were quite spacious. (I had a room with two double beds). I was in room 1216 which had a nice view of some of the terminals... More

This is a major business conference center hotel in the DFW airport which seems more businessman oriented than family vacation spot. We stayed for a week to sightsee around the Dallas Fort Worth area and to attend the ACM award. The room was very clean and all of the staff (front desk, house keeping, lobby and restaurant staff) were top... More

The staff at the front desk, concierge, and bar/restaurant were all very good. The housekeeping staff, on the other hand, weren't great. We had to call down to ask for more glasses and washclothes the second day as she neglected to replace them. The room itself is pretty average, but the bathroom/closet set up is just awkward. The shuttle from... More

I typically like the Hyatt Regency; however, this stay was a bit disappointing. They could not find my reservation, which was booked over the phone. It was night where they were completed booked, and it was midnight. Luckily someone canceled as they were looking for my reservation. I had to pay $280 for another reservation. My friend's credit card was... More

The Hyatt is a great hotel if you need to catch a very early flight, find yourself stranded or this was a conference hotel. The staff is friendly and even facing Terminal D, the noise did not interrupt my sleep. The bedroom was oversize and comfortable.
